Good location close walk to town but also quiet. Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was decent. The worst part was the bathroom reeked of mold, it was really horrible. And the smell got into the room. Every time I went in there it messed up my sinuses. They need to do something to fix that cause it’s not healthy to be around. And the smell leaked into the room. The hotel is also really close to a huge cell tower which might not bother some people but it bothers me. The front desk guy at check in was a little too salesy trying to sell us tours and stuff when we just wanted to check into the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mosaic Cave Hotel. The location was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit, and the breakfast was especially excellent.

The hospitality from the entire team was top notch. A special thank you to the owner Mustafa — he truly went out of his way on a few occasions to make us feel at home. We had initially planned to book activities online, but ended up booking everything through the hotel. Mustafa was incredibly helpful with planning our local activities and gave great recommendations. If we ever return to Cappadocia, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families!

All staff was very helpful. Mohamed at the reception provided great recommendations for the activities including hot air balloon flight. Breakfast was quite good as well. Munever in the kitchen took good care of us during breakfast. The room was quite spacious. The view from the rooftop is limited and does not provide an opportunity to see the air balloons when they first start the flight. You can only see the balloons once they are up in the air ( when almost 30% of the ride time is over). This hotel along with other cave hotels are up on the hill, so one needs to walk down and uphill in case you need to go to main bazaar. So, please prepared for that, if you don't rent a car.

Amazing staff, amazing location, amazing breakfast NA

Clean, two comfortable beds. Free parking but with limited spots. Tea and coffee always available. Small safe in room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Jihan and Muhammad were great. Property is up a hill from town center. Not to far but difficult to walk with my bad knees. Toilet got stuck in open position. After a quick maintenance fix, it was fine.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a truly personalized touch. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. They greeted us warmly, offered coffee and Turkish tea, and handled all of our luggage seamlessly while we got settled into the room. The level of service really stood out. When our hot air balloon ride was canceled, the team immediately stepped in and helped us reorganize our plans. They put together a customized itinerary and arranged private tours on short notice, which made a huge difference in our experience. The guide they provided was excellent very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely engaging. He explained everything clearly and took us to some incredible spots we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. The driver was also top tier: smooth, cautious, and professional throughout. His Mercedes-Benz luxury van had a mini fridge with water and snacks at the ready, many charging spots and a table. Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet was delicious, the staff was very attentive to our requests, and there was always fresh coffee ready. On top of that, the breakfast views overlooking the caves and rock formations were absolutely beautiful. The cave room itself was exactly as advertised, clean, well maintained, warm, and kept at a perfect temperature. Great ambiance and overall vibe. The property also had a couple of very friendly and cute neighborhood cats that would come and hang out nearby while you ate. They didn’t harass or beg, just patiently waited for a treat. Very well behaved, friendly, and honestly a nice touch. They would also keep their distance if you didn’t want them around. Cats were no problem at all <3 They were also extremely flexible and helpful with everything: checkout, restaurant recommendations, tours, bookings, and even calling taxis. Quick problem solvers and genuinely great hosts. 10/10 would recommend, and I would absolutely come back Top of the hill made it difficult to walk from town if carrying things or with elder family members. BUT… views made up for it

Lovely family run hotel Room was cozy. The owners were very helpful with restaurants and directions as well as balloon booking. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were great and very accommodating and attentive. It was colder than we expected so the 24/7 access to warm tea was much appreciated!
