I really enjoyed staying at the Tempo. The staff was so extremely nice and patient with all of my questions. The wifi was booming and so was the air conditioning. My room was cleaned each day fresh linen made it so nice after and long day exploring NYC. The subway was steps away. The views were spectacular

Rooms were very modern and clean. The elevator wasn't working properly, which caused a few issues. But otherwise was a great property. Location was perfect.

At check-in, the front desk told us we would be staying on the 40th floor. However, when we returned to the hotel, we were informed that the air conditioning was out and were moved to the 32nd floor instead. When we entered the room, it was not properly cleaned. There was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom, and several of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. We notified the front desk, and maintenance came up and informed us that it was an electrical issue. We then requested fresh towels and washcloths, but unfortunately, the replacements were also dirty. At that point, I went back to the front desk to complain because we paid for a 5-star experience, and so far, nothing about the stay reflected that standard. The hotel eventually moved us to another room, but unfortunately, we experienced another serious issue. The door to the new room did not properly latch when we closed it. When we returned to our room later, the door was already open without us realizing it. That was extremely concerning from a safety and security standpoint. I will say that the front desk staff and bartender were very nice and professional, and I appreciate their kindness throughout everything. It was a very nice stay and totally worth the price

All of the staff was helpful and attentive. Very clean lobby and room. I was looking for a hotel with Valet parking and that is why I chose this hotel. That worked out perfectly. Just a little more expensive than a garage but exceedingly convenient. Loved our stay and we will be staying there the next time we are in NY.
