I arrived around 3:00 PM, the stated check-in time, and was abruptly told, “There are no rooms available.” No apology, ETA, explanation, or effort to set expectations. The delay itself wasn’t the main issue—it was how I and other guests were treated. The front desk staff were dismissive and rude. At one point, I was actually offered the option to cancel my reservation rather than having someone take ownership and find a solution. Staff members never properly identified themselves, and one wasn’t even wearing a name badge. Ironically, it took a security employee to step in and help. He went looking for housekeeping, found someone who said her phone had been off, and obtained a list of available rooms so the front desk could finally assign one. I checked in around 3:30 PM. Hotels get busy and delays happen—I understand that. What isn’t acceptable is poor communication, lack of empathy, and making paying guests feel like they’re an inconvenience. Hospitality is a customer-service business. The front desk represents the hotel and sets the tone for the entire stay. Experiences like this can seriously damage a hotel’s reputation. I’ve contacted management and given them an opportunity to address this and make it right. I’ll update my review based on their response.

Minor changes that would help: 1. All the rooms smell like smoke. Even the hallways and elevator. Either upgrade the filter system or install a better one. I always bring an air purifier with me. 2. Fix the AC in all the rooms. 3. Provide better towels. The towels appear very old and cheap. Always 4. Install a shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall in the shower like other hotels. I guess if you change all these things then the price goes up, right?

The room was pretty small. The furniture was old not up-to-date. Nothing moderate. It had a little rip in the carpet which was clean but not clean well. Even though the staff was great, I will give them that, but as a whole, I would prefer to go to the Marriott or somewhere else, but at the time this is where I decided to go, it was convenient.

Smelled the marijuana, parking was terrible; parking lot attendant was rude. Front desk staff were helpful and polite. The airport shuttle was VERY helpful.

Stay at a hotel and have to pay $24 to park is ridiculous would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The sign doesn’t tell you you have to pay to park it just says bring your ticket to the front desk and they hit you with a $24 payment at check out. Imagine staying here a few days and have to pay $24 per day to park. Ridiculous. Never go here

Was ever clean

Bad thing was that room has no iron, but the staff provided it very quickly. There were no glasses for water, no kettle or other apliances for coffee or tea. There were no shirt hangers in the closet. So it was poorly equipped. Overall it was quite and friendly

K team first impression was not good, I asked for a walk in shower and corner room, clerk informed she was unable to determine that. Really?? So I got neither.

The staff felt like they didn't want to be working. I asked for extra towels and never got them. I had to share with my kids. The ai conditioner kept coming on and off and the control remote didn't work. We went to the bar had the worst Margarita ever in our life. At night it was so loud inside the hotel that made it so hard to sleep.

This place is a complete DUMP. Don't waste your time or your money!!!! Their website is highly highly deceiving. I hate their parking arrangement. They have these men who are 9 times out of 10 barefoot jumping in and out of your damn car and you have to leave your key with him. That's just so uncomfortable for me, but even if that's normal for the area which I'm assuming is 🙄 the hotel was ridiculous. It smelled so bad. I'm trying to figure out how a non-smoking hotel has a room that smells like 1000 packs of smoking stale cigarettes!!!! my bag even smelled like it when I left out of the room and when we asked if we could get a different room we weren't able to 🙄 I'm pretty sure all of the room smell the same. The only thing they did to reconcile was to comp our parking, which that's the least they can do. This place is a dump. I will never ever go there. Never would recommend somebody go there. They should be out of business.

I didn’t like the property at all. The staff was very rude and tasteless, I never stayed at a hotel and a person had to request for housekeeping at the front desk when that should be automatic. The room was terrible very thrown together no kind of hotel atmosphere that a person should get when staying at a hotel and spending over $200 for their stay.. i was very displeased and disappointed i wanted a full refund not whatever management was offering at that time which i don’t remember the conversation honestly. Please beware before booking this nasty hotel very unprofessional.

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Robert Treat Hotel. It was like walking back in time. The hotel is old which gave it great character. My room was clean and comfortable and I would stay here again.
