Food was excellent--staff was great-1st class in meeting the guest

The check in person (Tiffany) was the most pleasant, most helpful check in person I've ever encountered. It was remarkable.

The breakfast was really good. The young woman who works in the kitchen was phenomenal, pleasant, respectful and very pleasant always asking if everything is ok and offering her services if needed. The room was clean, smelled nice and the area was next to all restaurants, stores and shops. Very convenient location. The checkout process was fantastic easy and smooth. The only thing is that i would improve is that they need a bell for late night and overnight staff in the event someone is there and the front desk clerk is in the back. Overall 9.5/10

My room was big and beds comfortable. The ladies at tge front desk are so friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this property!

We were disappointed in the breakfast choices this time…… we we told they would hve sausage gravy and biscuits but never did and the pancake machine was out of order! 😢😢😢😢

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great parking. This hotel will be my choice when visiting family in Newport News, Virginia.

Everything by was good except we don’t care for hotel rooms that have adjoins doors to the other room. You hear so much more than you want to. Good location, friendly and helpful staff.
