Room was great! Bed was comfortable; bathroom clean; shower was hot. Breakfast in the hotel was convenient and the staff was most friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was outstanding, except for the pool. The filtering system did not appear to be working.

Last minute find. Large room, great breakfast. Not excited to pay $17 to park my car for the night

The food offerings, whether it be breakfast or the 5-9 dinner was fantastic. The mushroom Swiss burger was superb, then top it off with the service! Will highly recommend!

The was one of the best hotels that we have stayed. The staff was amazing, amenities were great, and everything was so clean. Definitely would recommend it. If I could give it a 10, I would.

They have a great staff here. Nice friendly. The rooms are excellent. We always stay here when we are in NewPort News.

Location, the size of rooms we had for me and my family. Will definitely come back again when we visit our family again.

did not buy breakfast too expensive, you should have a free breakfast buffet for the price you have to pay a night. Im a Hilton Honors Member and I should have at least gotten some kind of discount to eat, $15 for a buffet that really didnt look alll that good is ridicilous there was no water pressure in the sink, there was hair in the sink, hair in the tub and the tub was dirty. The tv remote did not work but we figured out it needed new batteries so we called to the front desk and they did bring some new batteries up.

Room 240 could’ve been cleaner. I wipe down myself. The bathroom floor was not clean, the tub was not or could’ve been cleaner better. The pillows were flat. This location needs an upgrade! The staff were friendly.

My room was not cleaned at all! I had to change rooms after checking in and I still didn’t want to stay there, but had nowhere else I could go!
