The breakfast was quite simple.

Location! The ac did not work, and no one did anything to fix it. A receptionist was finally able to get me a small fan for the room, which did nothing. The room was 28 degrees
-
Only location was good They are scammers, AC doesn’t work, they keep playing around with admitting their mistakes, although they knew that AC doesn’t work, but they insisted to give it to me
-
Very centrally located. Parking was a problem and we had to park in the garage several blocks away. This is not a deal breaker- just letting other visitors know.

WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN – AVOID THIS PLACE! My family traveled from the Philippines to Nice, France for a beach holiday and to visit Monaco and Cannes. Unfortunately, this hotel completely ruined our trip. The air conditioning throughout the hotel was stuck at around 28°C. In fact, it was often cooler outside than inside the room. We could not sleep properly for three consecutive nights because the room was unbearably hot. Every morning, I went to the reception desk to report the issue. Each time, I was told that it had already been fixed. Every time I returned to the room, nothing had changed. After three nights, the problem was still not resolved. The most frustrating part was the response from the staff. Their solution was simply, “Open the window.” Seriously? That is not an acceptable solution when guests are paying for an air-conditioned hotel room. We came to enjoy the French Riviera, but instead spent our nights sweating and struggling to sleep. A hotel stay should provide comfort and rest, and this hotel failed at the most basic expectation. If air conditioning is important to you, especially during summer, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. WORST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED IN – AVOID THIS PLACE! Room was nicely renovated, clean and modern. The clothes hook fell off so some of the dust got onto my clothes, dirtying them. There was one time the cleaners did not put the cover of the bathroom drain back in place

The location is awesome very close to everything

It is located in a centric part of the city, near the train station, stores and the beach. There are a lot of options to eat and shop. It was really easy to get to from the airport and back. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a little small for 3 people, but at the end we just sleep there so wasn’t a big deal.

Space and comfort
-
The location of the hotel was awesome, it’s very central and close to the main attractions including restaurants and shopping - everything was about a 10-15 minutes walk maximum. The beds were also very comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our room. The rooms were on the smaller side and the hotel didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner but soap was provided. We also had some trouble with our key cards as it kept getting demagnetized but the staff was very quick to rectify the issue.

Nothing really, it was great, however for the price we paid I would have expected breakfast to be included.
-
Great location staff was friendly and helpful The soap and shampoo were poor quality
-
The location is perfect, just near Place Massena. The hotel is definitely not a 4-star hotel taking into account too small room, plain breakfast and service. However, the hotel is renovated, clean and quite good option for staying for a few nights. Anyone in a hotel can take the kay and access luggage storage room and there is no control at all who takes what. Someone can freely take your luggage and go out without any check.

Location Bad smell in the room

It was a good hotel with spacious rooms, the staff were friendly, and the location was very nice in the middle of a beautiful and lively area. Nothing

The rooms were clean, staff was very sweet and the location was amazing. Everything was close by which is very nice for people who are on a tight budget. The hotel was cozy. The rooms are too small, you can barely fit in the bathroom without bumping into something. The walls are very very thin. A family next to our room was making noise yelling, screaming and singing till 12 am and we could hear everything clearly which was very very annoying.

The hotel is at a convenient location - close to the Tram, beach, and Old Nice. Easy to walk to everywhere while also being quiet. Some rooms have windows that face the inside, so not much of a view though there is still some natural light. The beds were comfortable and the staff were easy to communicate.

Expensive small room but it was a budget type hotel and location is good Didn’t get the bed I booked . Language barrier but we tried . Staff , you would expect one word of English . It was a budget hotel but not a budget price
