Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow

A very authentic and beautiful place surrounded by nature. The bungalows are amazing, and the setup is simple, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We had the best time staying here, and this place gave us some wonderful memories that we will always remember. We would definitely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tam Coc.

The staff were amazing—attentive, welcoming, helpful and fun. The location was perfect. It looked out over rice fields and mountains. Easy short walk to town about 10 minutes. The breakfast was good and on our return we were greeted with Lemonade. The free bikes were a plus.

Everything was great!

The room was large with two large beds. We were met each time we came to reception with warm tea. Laundry was efficient and inexpensive. Breakfast was miserable. Our room was located on the outer wall where cars drove past. They needed to honk their horn to warn oncoming traffic around a blind curve, and the honk happened right outside our door. The mosquito netting around the beds had gaping holes. Small hot water tank so marine showers were necessary. Lots of smokers in the pool area.

The bungalow is spacious and comfy, with everything needed - nice bathroom/toilet, mosquito net, etc. There is a swimming pool. They provide free bicycles too. There is a lake with views around the property. Besides the bungalows and a swimming pool, the property is quite basic - there is a small common area and some food offered. Also, there was a very noisy wedding next door for three days, with ongoing loud karaoke outside quiet hours, non-stop from 7 am to 10 pm, which made it untenable to be around. It's not the fault of the property, of course, but they could have responded with a gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. Also - there are no views from the bungalows themselves, they face the internal courtyard. Finally - note this is a 10 min walk from the main part of town around the lake.

Tuan is a great host. Speaks English, French and more. Lovely garden. Excellent location. Tuan helped us organize visits to Trang An and showed us other places to go. this is not a place for party people. It’s a 10 - 15 easy walk to town where you have lots of options to eat, drink and be merry. Wonderland was a perfect escape from that. Beds comfortable. Bedding and towels good. And Cinnamon Tea when you arrive. Thanks Tuan, and everyone who works here. PS - good breakfast. Nothing. It was great.

The location is convenient and very scenic. It has a good swimming pool to, though e never used it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Tuan and Zu, the hosts, are great. They speak good English and gave us good recommendations. Zu even helped to book our bus to Sapa. It's sometimes difficult to get Grab to go back, but that's what you get when you get a quiet scenic location.

The family who owns this hotel are just the loveliest people! Our room was so cute, with authentic bamboo walls and decor but it also had aircon and a modern bathroom with views over the rice paddies. The pool was just the right temperature and the breakfast was very good. There are free bikes to ride and motorscooter hire for AUD$6 per day. It's a short bicycle ride to town, close to restaurants and local attractions but is peaceful and quiet and beautiful! I can highly recommend Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow for a great holiday!

The location was perfect. Walking/biking distance to most attractions. Grab was easy to get when needed.

Of many fabulous stays in Vietnam, this was the best. We were greeted like friends and welcomed with fruit and drinks. The owner offered us a free upgrade to the new Tam Coc Lodge which was absolutely fantastic. Spotlessly clean, very luxurious, had the best shower ever and fantastic views. Tam Coc Wonderland also arranged our pickup from Mai Chau, shutteled us to to Trang An and brought us to Ha Long swiftly and safely. Food was amazing as well. I wish we could have stayed here longer and recommend 100%. Everything was perfect

The hotel is in a stunning location and the staff can not do enough to help their guests. The accomodation is very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The complimentary use of the bicycles was a great bonus as there are so many places to visit within a couple of miles. You are also within a 10 minute walk to the town where you have the option of many restaurants. We loved our stay at the Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow. Nothing.

The facilities were incredible. Food was amazing and the staff was very kind. I needed to go at 7 am and they offered me breakfast before 7am. That was top as well!

The staff were amazing, we felt like VIPs, they offer a foot bath every night, and make sure to serve welcome treats. The location is great, just a few minutes from the town. They rented us scooters that were great. Nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Tuan and his family were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They greeted us with warm tea, juice, and cake, and generously offered free use of their bicycles throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with reliable air conditioning and hot water at all times. Breakfast was excellent, with everything from fresh juice and coffee to fruit, cake, and eggs. As a final kind gesture, they even gave us snacks and water for the journey when we left. Overall, a warm and memorable experience—we felt truly taken care of. Nothing we can think of.

Nice location, clean rooms It rained heavily when we stayed and there is no option for dinner and had to take a 10 min walk to city in rain to buy food which was a hassle.

Staying at the bungalow was a great addition to our trip. The location is stunningly beautiful and the cabin was cute and cosy for an overnight. The owners were super kind and helpful - they greet you with a cup of cinnamon tea whenever you arrive back! The breakfast was also really generous and completely delicious. We used used the hotel’s bikes to explore the area which was lots of fun- just be aware that Google Maps may try to take you on the highway… choose another route! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The owner made us so welcomed he really was amazing giving us cinnamon tea on each return and foot baths for free in the evening. Even when we left he gave us a bottle of water and crisps for our journey. Fantastic place don't hesitate just book it . Toilet system was a little dodgy but hey ho it is vietnam.
