Surrounded by the mountains Cockroaches in our room. Plenty of them.

Beautiful property that was quiet and a quick bike ride into town. The staff were SO nice and definitely made the experience Rooms were basic, but had what you needed!

I really enjoyed staying here and would definitely return. The property is well kept and has great amenities like a pool, free bikes, dining area, and breakfast included. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good AC, multiple robes and towels, kettle, mini fridge, and more. It’s very peaceful and quiet since it is located about 1 km from the busy main street, and the bikes came in handy for getting around. The owners were very friendly and responsive and I was welcomed with fresh fruit and tea upon my arrival. The path to the homestay is well lit and I felt safe walking back alone at night. It is accessible via Grab bike as well. Cell service was very limited but the property had a strong and reliable WiFi connection so this was not an issue.

• Comfortable stay • Clean room • Nice location • The free bicycles were not in the best condition (worn out). And to get a proper bicycle one has to pay 50.000 VND. Seemed a bit unfair.

Beautiful location and friendliest staff, facilities and amenities were great and as advertised!

Located amongst an attractive garden and nestled right in amongst the karsts and rainforest, Luxury Homestay was ideal for a peaceful stay only a ten minute walk from noisy Tam Coc. The family running it are attentive and the complimentary breakfast was tasty with good options. Aircon was quiet, mosquito nets in place around the comfortable bed. Having a pool was a bonus. Free bike rental available. Pool loungers a little uncomfortable but this is only a detail.

Location outside of town Smaller hotel fewer people. Friendly staff Pretty hotel and grounds Lots of flies in the bathroom Organisation and information provided about the property E.g where you have breakfast. Make the breakfast area nicer/tidier. Staff to be more available, struggled at times to speak to anyone.

I honestly cannot recommend this accommodation enough, it has been our favourite in the whole of Vietnam. The family that run it honestly cannot do enough for you. You are greeted with fruit, snacks and a welcome drink of arrival, and every day without fail the mom notices when you come back from your activities, and you get a knock on the door with different drinks/snacks which changed every day, all free of charge. Breakfast is also lovely, and made to order from a menu. This is also included in the price of the stay. The staff were always on hand with any help we needed, and the bikes were good to use to get around. It set in the most stunning location, and only a 5-10 minute walk into the main town. When we checked out, we also got given a bag with some snacks and some water for our travels. Thank you for making our stay so memorable, I can’t believe the value for money we got here!! Nothing at all - everything was perfect.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! We loved the location, which was about a 5 minute bike ride to the center of Tam Coc but a little bit secluded and surrounded by mountains (though it is next to other hotels, so it's not as isolated as it looks on the pics). The hotel had bikes you could use for free and the owners were super lovely and gave us free snacks on arrival, when we left, and during our stay. The breakfast was a little greasy, but good, with several options to choose from (eggs, pancakes, rice, fruit, etc.). The beds were spacious and comfortable. The shower ran out of hot water quickly, and since it's a combined shower/toilet, the floor got very wet (which wasn't a big issue for us).

We had such a lovely time here. The bungalows are clean and spacious, the staff is amazingly kind (they even brought us snacks in the afternoon) and just 5 minutes biking from the chaotic centre (free bikes). Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Great location in a secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle but only a 5 min walk across the rice fields. Breakfast was really good and the lovely lady there would bring us a cup of tea with fruit and little cakes in the evening when we got back from dinner . Rooms comfortable and clean and budget friendly. Second stay at this property in under a yesr ! Nothing to not like

Because it had rained a lot, everything was damp in the room. It was only on the second evening after coming back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned (we were told later that we have to hang the “Please clean the room” sign outside the door) and still very wet towels, that Duc removed the welding on the key to separate it from the tab to switch on the electricity and showed us how to dehumidify the room using the aircon. It would have been helpful to have been told this from the beginning, so as not to have had to spend the night in damp sheets.
