Nothing working, no elevator, no...
-
No breakfast staff or food. Staff was not helpful from admission on information. Did not provide a receipt. Elevators were not operating. Only the staff elevator connected to the laundry room worked. The hall carpet has stains. No amenities on the floor. At one instance I could not get in the room, had to get assistance from the front desk. This was a terrible experience from start to finish.

Pool was closed (sorry for the inconvenience), ice machine on my floor (sorry for the inconvenience), sign state to go to front desk for ice and front desk said no go to the 2nd floor (sorry for the inconvenience), tv of worked part of the time the first night, and the box springs were dirty in the room. Other than all this it was okay.

The was staff was courteous, but the hotel had several problems. the elevators did not work at all . All the quest and staff had to use the one service elevator . my room was not clean ,glasses were dirty , no remote for the TV, and the AC panel was falling off the wall.

Because it was a Marriott you will expect more, but it wasn’t Because you would no if you that is the Marriott, you shouldn’t have any problems to a certain extent

Staff was unaccommodating and dimisive. Asked for extra pillows and they were never delivered. Tipped valet in the app and was handed my keys and told I was parked in spot 101. Not quite sure what I paid for. The tile in bathroom was separated from the wall. The elevator was not in service. Had to use the service elevator. Pool and hot tub were also down. All in all not a great experience

The hotel is very outdated and my toilet was clogged. The bed was very hard. I will not be staying here again! Nothing bad just not for me! The staff was ok!

I didn’t like the fact majority of my sheets had blood stains and dirty I had to go to Walmart to purchase clean ones. Breakfast was limited they only had coffee. When I spoke to the staff about it I was given an attitudes. Of all my hotel that I stayed at I never had to pay valet for parking and tops it off it took them 45 to a hour to find my truck because the morning attendant was given the wrong ticket number.

When I arrived with 2 kids anxious for the pool and hot tub, we found out they were both closed. Since this city was a ghost town on a Sunday, we were planning on getting room service for dinner. Then we were told their restaurant was closed for the day so we ended up eating overpriced snacks from their tiny marketplace. The only close restaurants were things like Hell's Kitchen which would have cost hundreds of dollars for dinner. Will never stay there again.

The room was fine, the lobby had no air conditioning

Very good

The pool and hot tub were both closed which was very disappointing since that was the primary reason we chose this hotel Also the Bistro was closed for dinner the night we were there they had a note about a routine hood cleaning but it should have been done earlier since their hours are normally closed from 10 am to 5 pm but yet they were still closed from 5pn to 10 pm

This hotel needs a severe renovation. Peeling paint, low lighting, broken ice machines. The a/c in the room barely worked.

The front desk staff was helpful to an extent. As soon as we pulled up to the property to check in, valet told us that the AC wasn't working and we need to rebook our hotel stay somewhere else. We asked if we could park and talk to the front desk and the valet man did not want to park our car if we weren't interested in staying. We told him we were interested in staying, but wanted more information. It continued like this for awhile until we gave up and left, found street parking, and walked back to the hotel to talk to the front desk. We decided to stay despite the broken AC and it wasn't that bad - totally understandable that things happen, that's not the problem. The problem was valet's response. The room/bathroom was also dirty and the carpet was wet throughout the bedroom area.

We stayed 4 days but only had a guy change out the towels 1 day. No one cleaned the room. The door sign has Do not disturb, but we never had it on the door.
-
Staff was amazing… What I didn’t like was the elevator is broken door coming into the building was busted so anybody can come in the pool was down the bistro café was down my whole stay I was there. The lobby was very, very hot and in the rooms there was no vent system so when I took a shower the room got very hot and steamy very uncomfortable and the paint in the was was coming off to…

The check-in process was a little lengthy. One of my family members was given a key to a room that was already occupied so they had to get another room. None of the ice machines were working on the floors. The pool was not available for us to utilize, nor was the whirlpool as it was out of order.
