Thankful and blessed to travel to Norfolk throughout the storm and still have a great time.

My only concern is the unexpected charges to my card. While we were staying there, there was an attempted charge of about $170 even though we did not order room service or purchase anything extra. They said they didn’t know why. My card was locked at the time, so the charge did not go through. Today, after my card was unlocked, the hotel charged me $38. I haven’t received any emails, receipts, or explanations showing what these charges are for. I would just like more transparency about the additional charges and an explanation of why my card continues to be charged after our stay. Other than this issue, we had a great experience at the hotel.

It’s so close to everything. We didn’t move the car for 2 days, walked everywhere. A little pricey, but not too bad. It was a nice treat.

The different restaurants in side and outside of the hotel. The river view from the corner room. And the hotel and restaurant staff was amazing. N/a

I stayed here this weekend with my husband. We were celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary and the hotel and restaurants were extremely nice!! The room was beautiful and very clean! I will come to stay again!!

I did not like anything; as I was unable to stay at the hotel. When I tried to check in, I was told that your hotel had a power outages at the same time I placed my reservation (around 4:30 pm on Friday, 7/31/2026), and your system failed to produce a confirmation number of my reservation. And, there were no rooms available. I traveled 3 hours away, just to arrive at your hotel to learn that I did not have a reservation. I had to find another hotel. And, I had a guest with me, which would have been her first time experiencing you hotel. My comments above informs you what I did not like..

Clean and resturant staff was helpful. Food was delicious. I think the front desk staff could have been more approachable. The should expand music selection at the rooftop.
