Good hotel for one night. I definitely should have researched more. Paying for parking and breakfast was a surprise. Especially when we could have booked other hotels in the area that offered those things. Great views.

Hotel was close to late night external activities and food.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location to the festival. They are more concerned about catering to their elite members. Our check-in was delayed by 1 hour which is 5pm because they allow their elite members a 4 pm checkout! While the lobby is really nice the room was mediocre and out dated. The AC never cooled off, the toilet didn't flush correctly, the water pressure in the shower only worked if the water was on super hot. For the cost this should have been a lot better experience!

Convenient location to various restaurants and important locations like airport and port. View of water was amazing and friendly staff.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Really close to perfect. Which today, with how Carly some hotels have gotten, is kind of rare. If you have our experience you will be fine.

The property could benefit from some renovations and updates. The customer service staff were friendly and courteous; however, they were unable to resolve an issue involving a supposed double check-in that appeared in their system when there was actually only one stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider staying here again for a couple of nights because of its excellent location. Thanks

Thank you for the hospitality and comfortable stay! Staff went above and beyond and it was just a great stay!

Clean room, helpful staff. Breakfast not included but it was good, especially the omelets. Parking in city garage only with enclosed walkway to 3rd floor. Not enough luggage carts; elevator wait time was a bit long due to hospitality staff using 1 of 4 available.

The rooms were clean but no extra pillows or blanket.

Staff in the restaurant that served breakfast were too busy standing up front talking to wait on our party of 3. I had to get up to get a refill of coffee. Waitress took our order than joined her friends again. By the time our food was served it was cold. Cold eggs and toast - very unappetizing!

Clean, good location. Getting into the building at check in time was a cluster of just because of how the road is infront of the building.

Caroline helped us with a room change. She was great!! The breakfast buffet was good too. Super easy walk to the cruise port. We parked in the Main Street parking garage on floor 3 and used the bridge to the hotel. Then parked there for the 8 day cruise. $104 Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our very brief stay. It was nice to have a coffee shop with breakfast sandwiches right in the lobby. My major disappointment was the pool being closed for maintenance. The location is excellent. The parking garage is well-lit, with in/out privileges, but is a bit snug for maneuvering the different levels on the spiral ramp.

The staff were polite and helpful. However, the hotel did not have an accessible room with a waterside view. I booked two rooms, we had to call down to reception to have the rooms cleaned two days in a row. The entire hotel needed to be overhauled and renovated, it appeared very run down. I have family who resides in the area and I would not stay there again.
