No parking and If stay need park on the street and the people from hotel not responsible for robbery or accidents happen also need park about 3 blocks from the hotel but expensive charge for night stay parking and no stay.

There is nothing to like at this place. Dusty, moldy, rude staff, dirty, not clean sheets or towels broken things in the second floor.

The hotel seems to be run down, and nothing like the pictures advertised. It is dirty and cringe. There was just an unsettling feeling. The restroom was dirty, hair from the previous person. Like it had been hosed down, but not actually cleaned.

Beds and pillows were comfortable Clean enough Location is great Staff is friendly and present Too noisy from street traffic in the upper level rooms. Our room had no shower curtains and drain was built completely asinine, water drains all over the bathroom floor, one towel for two people, no drinking water dispenser in a town that starts to have a garbage problem!

I loved how everything was near by, staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was not that good but everything else was perfect!

The sheets on the beds are a bit scratchy, left us feeling itchy throughout the day.

Location was good, the receptionist was nice. The terace was ok. We were a group of 8, 4 nights. one of our room had no window. For extra request and extra payment we got another room intstead of this. No cleaning during our stay, only on the first day. No cleaning of the trash can in the bathroom for 3 days. The pictures of the rooms has nothing to do with reality. No place in the bathroom for your personal things. No room for your things at all in the rooms too. Common area is dirty and outdated. Need renovation.

Staff at the reception check in and out, were so educated and polite. All was very good and for sure if back to Oaxaca, we will consider this hotel as an option. Thanks

The room was very big and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly. The noise from outside. The room was not that wel isolated so you could hear everything from outside.

Convenient location. About 15 minutes walk from the ADO bus station and 10 minutes walk to main local attractions. Hotel has a major security risk. At 9:30 pm, whilst watching TV in bed, a strange local man opened the door into my room! Obviously a 2nd key was given to a stranger. I shudder to think what would have happened if I were a single female or if I was not in the room. I have complained to Booking, and the hotel has not responded. The room and bathroom are dirty and require painting and cleaning (see actual photos). I was given a room overlooking the main street - came with the noise of loud car exhausts at no extra cost. It was so bad, I checked out 1 day early! AVOID THIS PLACE. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

Good location. The building is quite old but the bed is very comfortable. Limited hot water for the shower, to be heated 15 min in advance. A mini fridge in each room would surely be a great investment

The staff was friendly and helpful. This is also a great location; walking distance to many places to eat and the center. It’s also locked for added security. The room and bathroom was not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom and the rug was obviously dirty. The sheets were also stained, and there is sometimes animal pee/poop lying around. I recommend bringing shower shoes if you plan to stay here.

Location was perfect 10 min walk to the centre. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Good size rooms AC was a bit hit and miss but the staff were really great and moved us rooms to another that worked no problem at all

The location is a short walk from downtown (zocalo). The bedding and the towels always smelled fresh and clean! The pictures we chose for the room and the actual room we got wasn’t the same. Room 6 air conditioner never shuts off and is too close to the bed. There were several cracks in and along the walls. The other room we got had the proper air conditioner that was high near the ceiling and worked much better. It was a better room. Room 6 should be cheaper as it’s not very nice at all. The property could use a bit of rehab and fixing up.
