It’s nice for families

Beautiful places with big screen tv’s in every room….downfall they lack in details I.e. no hooks for towels, bathing suits etc. kitchen lacks essentials..dish towels, spatula etc. all bathrooms had empty soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles.

Me and my family’s had an amazing time. Definitely will be back again.

Top #1 stay I have had. Clean room, awesome staff, pool is excellent/ clean, family/kids friendly. It doesn’t get better than this honestly. My daughter loved the resort, the waterpark is so fun.

Checking in was great. No issues at all. The villa home was beautiful and the amenities were very nice. Location a plus. I’m glad we chose Villatel-Orlando. We will definitely visit again.

Extremely clean and new. Massive rooms with extremely clean and comfy beds. Air conditioning was good and quiet. Pool was great with the kids. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the Disney parks, which is about 25 minutes in an Uber (or about £35 in an Uber XL if there are 5 or more in your group). Ubers normally arrive within 5 mins of ordering. It is closer to Universal, but we didn't go there this time. We didn't actually use the pool, lazy river or cafe, so I cannot comment on these. I think the only feedback I would give is that there wasn't a clothes airer and they didn't have an information pack telling you about how to use things etc etc. However, these are minor points. Overall, i would thoroughly recommend, 10/10, terrific value and we will probably visit again.

Family loved everything

The villa had lots of space and the pool whilst not huge was a great bonus. The kids also loved the theme bedroom. The beds where also the most comfortable i have ever slept in. There were very few utensils in the kitchen we only stayed 3 nights but if you were there for longer you could not cook much. We also never got pool towels delivered. I think charging for parking whilst staying at a villa is also a bit checky $35 a day to park outside your front door with no alternative. The pool and bar could have been open later 8pm is a little early when people have been at the parks all day.

The facilities were very clean and the staff that supported these efforts were very nice. The house was very clean and spacious, kids loved it
