Very quiet, close to the train station!

Best hotel from our stay in Japan. Everything was perfect, location, staff, room, hygiene.

The location was excellent and very convenient, close to many shops, restaurants, and train stations. The room size was great for Japan standards — 15 sqm felt comfortable and not too small at all. The ceiling was also higher than expected, which made the room feel more spacious. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. Unfortunately, there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioner from the first day I entered the room. It smelled like damp fabric that had not dried properly. At first, I thought the smell might be from the furniture, blanket, or bedsheets, so I used deodorizing spray and went out for the day. However, the smell did not disappear, and later I realized it seemed to be coming from the air conditioner because it became noticeable every time I turned it on. Another issue was the pillow, which was quite uncomfortable and caused significant neck pain during my stay.

We loved many things about this hotel. First, it is very well located, it is in a beautiful district, close to Dotonbori and Americamura, but far from the crowds. It has a subway access literally next door, which is very convenient. The breakfast had a good selection of products, from both japanese and western style food. The room was comfortable and clean

Very well located. Just a few steps from the subway and within walking distance of Dotonbori. Breakfast was fine. The room was small. If you travel with large suitcases, they probably won’t fit comfortably. The pillows were almost flat, and there was a bad smell in the room.

The staff and accomodations were great. The location was convenient to a subway station and in a safe location. The grocery store right next door was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent! They offered many different options on the breakfast buffet and everything was delicious and staff were so nice. We were extremely pleased with our stay. Nothing!

When I checked in, the staff told me there was a price difference and asked me to pay more, so I did. However, I understand that I should only be charged the amount stated on Booking.com when I made the reservation. It wasn’t a large amount, but it still left me feeling uncomfortable.

The facilities were great – there’s a smoking room, laundry room, and vending machines which made the stay really convenient. The breakfast was also very good.

By the way, they provided small chair in bathroom for showering!!! Breakfast too simple, bed not cozy

This hotel was pretty nice! It was conveniently located near the touristy are of Dotonbori and it had a lovely buffet breakfast. It also provided pajamas which was fun, and the luggage storage for the day we checked out was really convenient. It wasn't too far from the train and lots of convenience stores.
