Location is really good. Walking distance to the train and Shinsaibashi centre A little bit of space perhaps.

Staff was also very kind and attentive The facilities were pretty great and always kept clean and tidy We also liked the partition that the bathroom provided in the two bed bedroom Being a tall person the bathroom was kinda small and difficult to use There were also several items in the breakfast buffet that we are not used to back home and that we didn’t look forward to but still we managed to have a good breakfast

The facilities were comfortable, close to touristic areas and close to the train, we enjoyed the breakfast which had different food options every day.

- Location - Friendly staff - Clean rooms - Fast internet - Available washing and drying machine for a small fee - Small rooms - Staff is lacking basic English knowledge (for a hotel with international guests, nowadays this is just unacceptable). Make sure you have Google Translate installed on your phone. - The beds and pillows are extremely hard and very uncomfortable - Coffee was horrible - Breakfast area is very small! People are queuing in the morning and we felt stressed during our breakfast. After the first day we didn’t go anymore and just grabbed something from outside.

Location was good. 1. Laundry facilities need English Instructions for easier use. 2. Mattress is too hard. 3. Pillows aren't soft. 4. Hallway smells of Smoke at night. (Filtering in from underneath the door.) Other guests probably smoking cigarettes in hallway. 5. Late Check-out would be appreciated. Especially for guests who've stay over 5-nights. 6. Breakfast times NEED to be altered. 7-10:30am would be more convenient.

Very close to Yotsubashi station with a paid parking lot next door. The room was smaller than standard but sufficient with every amenities. The Japanese breakfast was scrumptious. The receptionist recommended a nearby Japanese-style bathhouse, which we loved so much we visited twice! Nothing!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Fantastic staff. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel os a short walk to the train station as well as the subway and good food and drink spots. Nope. Although we couldn’t stay for longer :(

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The coin laundry was cheap, and it was very handy having it in the building. The room was clean and tidy, and it was nice that they let us choose the amenities we needed rather than giving them all to us. It was a little far from main train stations, and the bathroom was a little small.
