Imano Osaka Shinsaibashi Hostel

The staff was very friendly. Well-equipped and clean bathrooms, spacious showers. It was quick and easy to do laundry.

The only thing that is good about this hostel is the location Poor of amenities, no social sitting, rooms are small, beds aren’t comfortable and the staff were very rude and not helpful. I was trying figure out about later check out but the employee was impatient with me and talk to me in a disrespectful way.

The overall was quite ok. Clean, easy access, close to transport and popular places. The staff very nice The other guests. Shouldn’t be alowed to drink upstairs. The last morning everything was chaos in the common area, things everywhere and what looked like drying machine filter gomi allover the place. Not the staff fault tho

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a camp mat. There was no space for luggage in the shared dorm so it was strewn all over the floor. For the price, it was not amazing.

Staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. Location was exceptional. Lockers provided with the rooms were significantly smaller than expected but! the shared room had a locked door, so that helped some :)

I found the mattress a bit stiff.

The rooms had zero space for luggage, so when I walked into the room, people's crap was completely covering the floor. Smelly shoes, used laundry, etc. It reminded me of a gross college frat house.

The location was the absolute winner, making the beds ourselves wasn’t the best, and the mattresses were not very comfortable, but overall, I would stay again solely because of the location

really great location, and close to many restraunts and cafes, the staff were friendly and amazing and fellow guest were fun to talk to and get to know on their adventures. the beds were nice and the bathrooms where clean. only downside was something the hostel could not control, and thats the other peoples smelly shoes. i wish there was a locker for them to at least hide the smell. that was only for one of the nights, and one guest that caused that. after they left it was perfect.

Everything is close! There is not space to place your things, others hostel have space, the elevator take a lot of time, there is not stairs

The location and room were fantastic, walkable and easy to find.. There was nothing that we did not enjoy about this location and facility

Great location, walking distance to Dotonbori, bathrooms/showers are nice, rooms are clean, downstairs lounge area is a great place to hang out or meet people Nothing! Everything is great.

Everybody who worked there was charming competent, and so easy to interact with. You stayed there five days and look forward to their breakfast and their security in the evenings to enter were extremely satisfactory … There’s nothing about this property that we did not like…
