The staff was very kind and helpful with many free activities for guests to participate in. Trying on kimonos, making resin key chains, free ramen and takoyaki. They even had unlimited alcohol and drinks all day!! It's near so many districts like 2nd st. Clothing district, Dondonburi, DenDen Town, and so many more shopping areas.

Very clean room and all other facilities, friendly staff and excellent service. Will definitely come back.

Good location, exceptional breakfast, lovely free happy hour, also free ramen, ice cream and coffees and tea. Comfortable bed, tight but comfortable room. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Walk to interesting parts of the city. Superb staff. Great value, highly recommend. Room small but most Japanese hotel room are, large enough to be comfortable .

The rooms was slightly bigger than most other hotels, free drinks in the evenings was so nice as well as the nighttime ramen. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely exceeded our expectations for what we paid.

Location. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Good breakfast. Room slightly small, but being alone single traveller was OK.

Location. Cleaning Food. Overall impression

Could have used a hook or two more, maybe on the backside of the bathroom door for hanging towels or the pjs provided.

The hotel is in a very central location close to public transport, shops, restaurants and sightseeing. We had a very comfortable and clean room. Loved the free noodles and drinks in the evening. Very friendly staff. Laundry facility. Waiting time for the elevator was long.
-
The public dining area had a slightly off smell that didn't smell particularly clean.
-
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options to start the day. A bonus was the complimentary beer and whiskey offered in the evening. Every day they host fun activities like kimono trying-on or origami sessions

Location was good

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and lobby area were clean. I loved the ability to schedule a massage in room as well as the free massage chairs in the lobby. The hotel is right there in the middle of all the action so food and shopping were within feet. I liked the washer and dryer on site and free coffee in the dining. We got a room with three beds for 3 adults but it was a very tight squeeze with hardly any space for luggage or walking around. The toilet and shower were in the same room. The laundry facilities are near the top floor but at least they had them. I wouldn't stay here again just because the size of the room and it was the smallest room and most expensive hotel we stayed at while in Japan.

Great location and very helpful staff. The bathroom are hard due to changes in floor levels and tight spacing.
-
Included breakfast exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredible. I left an important ID behind in the safe after checking out and they went above and beyond to mail it safely back to me. The rooms are super tiny but the space was very well used and we had everything we needed.

Loved the location. The extras they offer were wonderful.. free drinks at the lobby and the massage chairs. The bed was a bit lumpy. The AC produced a bed odor.. breakfast was simple, but nice.

You can't open the window in the room..

Amazing location amongst high-end shopping and interesting, young-person street vibes. Walk to everything. The rooms were a bit dated and small but exceptionally clean and the staff were so friendly. The free icecream, soft drinks and alcohol and 8pm Ramen was fun. Comfortable and fun, nothing fancy, but didn't need to be. This place isn't fancy, but it's in a high-end location and only a few steps to the local station.

The location was fantastic — walking distance to multiple convenience stores and right in a fun area with lots of vintage/thrift shopping and great energy. The amenities were honestly 10/10 and made this one of the best hotel experiences of my trip so far. The staff kindly let me check in super early after travel, and my luggage was already waiting for me. I also loved all of the extras: nightly cultural activities like calligraphy and kimono try-ons, free ramen every evening (8:30–9:30 PM), coin laundry on-site, massage chairs in the lobby, and an impressive selection of complimentary toiletries and amenities. Honestly, very little to complain about. If I had to say something, it would just be that the dryers don’t get super hot so plan on running it twice.
