Very good location. Near train station and just in front of 7-11 convenient store. Nothing much but maybe the stairs to the entrance but the staff helped us carry our luggage.

near the shopping center. walking distance to all your needs. the stairs coz i have a mom in a wheelchair. hope they have a ramp for the wheelchair and luggages too

The property is centrally located and is not far from Dohtonbori and the nearby shopping centers of Shinsaibashi. The room is also decently big for a family of 3. Our famly enjoyed our stay here and made our first ever vacation in Japan truly unforgettable. No smoking area. But if you a non-smoker this shouldn’t be an issue.

There's no special line to bring a big suitcase in front of the hotel. I think, I will be better the position of AC not only above one of the bed. It is better if the AC position in between of the bed, so the flow of the air or heat more spreading in the room.
