I liked the location of the hotel, since it was relatively quiet and was near a lot of stores and restaurants. I also liked how they provided a lot of free amenities in the lobby. Lastly, the room was pretty spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There was no ramp in the entrance, so it was very inconvenient to carry our luggages up to the elevator. There was also one staff member who was not helpful and seemed pretty cranky while responding to my concern. The hallway in our floor was not well-lit, which made it pretty scary to go out at night. Lastly, we hoped there was a water dispenser or free water provided in the lobby.

It was very clean. The stairs at the front of the hotel made it difficult to carry the luggage up and down to the lobby.

Very good location. Near train station and just in front of 7-11 convenient store. Nothing much but maybe the stairs to the entrance but the staff helped us carry our luggage.

near the shopping center. walking distance to all your needs. the stairs coz i have a mom in a wheelchair. hope they have a ramp for the wheelchair and luggages too

The property is centrally located and is not far from Dohtonbori and the nearby shopping centers of Shinsaibashi. The room is also decently big for a family of 3. Our famly enjoyed our stay here and made our first ever vacation in Japan truly unforgettable. No smoking area. But if you a non-smoker this shouldn’t be an issue.

There's no special line to bring a big suitcase in front of the hotel. I think, I will be better the position of AC not only above one of the bed. It is better if the AC position in between of the bed, so the flow of the air or heat more spreading in the room.

Great value for the price. I loved the location, and while the hotel is simple with basic amenities, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
