Location was superb, walkable to restaurants, shops, Dotonbori etc. Close to train stations too. The air in the room got kinda dry, but fortunately I could borrow a Humidifier from the front desk! Room was small, was not able to fit two check-in sized luggages on the floor. It might get noisy on the weekend nights

Location I book advance but get the high price , i check price again 1 day to arrival was discount almost 50% from what i paid . And there is no compensate or upgrade the room To me.

Great location in Shinsaibashi - we were able to easily walk to all of the places we wanted to see in Osaka and it's across the street from the local train line

You have to give them your key every time you leave the hotel which is weird, but I get they don't want you to lose the key, it also cost a few thousand yen if you do lose it.

it was near the train station, so we could easily move around. the hotel are also walking distance to dotonbori and namba, a good location where you can walk and explore the area. many interesting finds along the way The room was quite small esp if you have a few luggages, you are not able to open them all or even lie them down due to the space constraint. i didnt like the idea of passing my keys to the reception everytime i am going out, but i could understand why it was needed to.

Great location! The room is very spacious and comfortable. They also have an ice machine located near the rooms which was very convenient. I would stay here again The room was outdated but for the value I don’t mind.

Location great, for 1 night it was perfect. Close to station and Osaka sites Was probably the smallest room we’ve stayed in whilst travelling Japan, more than 1 night may have been a challenge
