Excellent location! Very clean, amazing experience And also the receptionists helped us with our issue with another hotel, they made a couple of phone calls and spoke Japanese! They were great, thanks again!! Nothing

The hotel has close proximity (2-10 min walk) to train station, shopping areas, and restaurants. The room is clean with all the amenities we need during our stay. The bed is comfortable. They have a strong internet connection. The staff are friendly/ accommodating. They entertained our inquiries with clear answers. The room is a bit small if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage, but we’re able to have a good rest every after our daily activities. If they could have a smart tv.

The service was impeccable. My room did don’t have daily cleaning. But in Japan they have to clean the room every 3 days no matter what. I gave them 30 mins to clean while I went to a shop. They had cleaned everything so well even the walls. Such pride in their work. Thank you very much No gym. Not a big problem

Location! Very near everything Wish they had microwave for customers to use. There are a lot of good food in Osaka that we wanted to take out and eat at the hotel

Great location near Shinsaibashi station. Small space around bed and no space to work out of luggage.

Bed up against the wall on one side. Not enough power sockets. Room was very small, we know that this is the norm in Japan but it was almost too small for 2 people.

very convenient there is no gym

The location is just a short walk to the metro station. There is a nearby convenience store with ATM machines and also restaurants. It is also walking distance to the shopping areas. The guests can do their laundry (wash/dry), and there is a free coffee and tea everyday. Aside from the limited room space, which is all common in Japan, I think as a solo traveler it’s more than enough. Nothing bad about my stay.

Laundromat service- the dryer doesn’t work well whatsoever. Had to dry my clothes numerous times. Ended up just air drying.

Location is gold. It feels cheap sometimes and notas clean as it is. The breakfast is good but it’s awkward to get it.

Location, decent cleanliness I was expecting Breakfast to be small buffet but you need to order from 2 options, pancakes or Gapao. I ordered later and was a bit greasy. I would’ve rather have it somewhere else.

It was very clean and offers lots amenities. Very close to train station. The rooms were a set bit warm during our check-in and we had to adjust.

The entrance to the hotel was very hidden and it took me a while to notice it.

The location is near shopping street and department store and subway All of staff is helpful and kind. I checked out in the early morning (5:30 am) staff stand by for desk in early morning. N/A My opinion: If hotel have shuttle car service to airport it’s comfortable for customer early flight or late flight.
