The best location in Osaka! Very clean and spacious rooms! Staff were all friendly helpful and respectful! Will always stay in this hotel when we visit Osaka! Maybe they should add variety to their breakfast choices or change the menu everyday. We stayed in the hotel for 7 days, and the breakfast food was just the same. Other than that, our stay was perfect! Will definitely come back!

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Dotonbori, and there is a train station entrance located directly underneath the hotel. The room felt a bit outdated to me. The air conditioner vents were not really directed toward the main room area, but mostly toward a specific spot near the closet, which was especially noticeable in Osaka’s hot and humid weather. Although the hotel is clearly luxurious and high-quality overall, the room itself felt slightly older and less modern compared to the rest of the hotel.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, and a train station right under the hotel. The hotel was also very clean, and all staff were very professional and efficient. I would request that the bathtub be removed from the bathroom. And that the mattress be more firm. It was quite soft.

It is a luxury hotel conveniently located at shinsaibashi station. There are a number of restaurants and shopping around. Loved the La Mer products in the bathroom and helpful staff. Breakfast was not included, and as there were 3 of us, 1 of us had to sleep on a sofa bed. We had just stayed at a luxury hotel in Kyoto that had very yummy breakfast included, so by the time we stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka, it felt like we weren’t receiving our moneys worth. They do provide coupons for breakfast, but even then the breakfast would have been $20/person.

I would stay at this Hotel if we go back to Osaka. The hotel is lovely and in a prime location. It is right opposite a hop on hop off bus stop, walking distance to Dontonbori and the river, has multiple eating venues inside. Always staff in the foyer greeting you with a smile. The room itself was very nice. Nothing
