bed, felt like sleeping on the floor couldn't sleep 1st night (back problem), had to sleep on top of bed comforters next day. The only reason I booked in here was thinking buses have regular drop offs/pick up at the hotel. Limousine Bus have limited times (i think only 2-3 times a day) and can only be purchased at Ticket counter at airport or Hotels' frontdesk at first come first serve basis, no reservation. I still end up taking train to airport. I could have save extra $ by staying at nearby hotels.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need just steps away. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options every morning. The room was spotless and impeccably maintained—they cleaned it every day. The entire staff made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back the next time I visit. Highly recommended!

The location was prime! It made traveling around the city so much easier. Once we understood the metro system it really solidified the location was perfect. The breakfasts were great too. I'm glad we tried the special Japanese breakfast, but the mixed breakfast was larger and had more options. I want to give a huge shout out to the concierge. During our trip to Osaka a typhoon hit Okinawa and was moving north toward Osaka and Tokyo. All of the news was in Japanese and I couldn't understand how bad the storm was, but it was all over the news and very disconcerting. We were supposed to take the train to Tokyo on the day the typhoon was going to impact Osaka so we asked the concierge for information on the train and scheduling. He was so kind and monitored the weather for us over 2 days. He even checked in with us as we were checking out of the hotel to make sure we had all the pertinent information we needed.

Rooms were very spacious for japanese standards. the shower and bathtub felt top notch. Soap and Shampoo were really soothing. The location is so convenient, it is already connected to the shinsaibashi train station. it's walking distance to dotonbori. it's easy to tell cab drivers to get us back to the hotel. the breakfast spread was always delicious, do try the okonomiyaki omelette! there was nothing i didn't like.

Great location. Train station is underneath the hotel. Close to food and shopping. 10 minute walk to Dotonbori. Room was spacious for family of four and a great view.
