The location of the hotel is very strategic. The room is small.

I feel like the hotel is better for shorter stays, because the room was slightly smaller than expected and breakfast options were slightly repetitive.

Good location, clean rooms but compact as expected for a business type hotel. If you are the type that brings several large suitcases it may not suit. We only take a backpack and one medium suitcase each as was able to make it work AOK with two to a room. Close to subway and plenty of food and shopping options. About a 15 minute walk to Dontonbori etc Excellent value but dont expect large rooms. Staff very helpful at check in on first floor. Nothing really, was as expected. Though when we booked a cab it went to wrong Via inn as another one nearby and the driver got them mixed up (not hotels fault)

Pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—especially the home made tofu, which was delicious! A great mix of Japanese and Western options, offering a balanced yet culturally rich experience. Slight downside—nearby construction meant some noticeable drilling and machinery noise during my stay.

Every time you flush the toilet, the water runs for a long time， longer than a normal toilet, and it feels a bit like wastewater. I have to say the old man at the reception is a bit impatient with the customer. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

Hotel rooms are quite small in Japan but the rooms here are well laid out with large , ventilating windows. The bed and linens were exceptional. Great location at an unbeatable price. Stay here! Breakfast selection could be better. Overpriced.

It could have been cleaner. I still found hair on the bathroom floor - not much but when in Japan you kinda expect it should be spotless. Not really yucky level that you would feel uncomfortable, but could have been better.

The location is perfect. Everything is really clean, well organized and the staff is very nice. Easy to use and they thought about every single detail. Room is compact, yet very confortable and silence. Big window. Breakfast is also good. The pillows are not very comfortable.

The breakfast could use some additions. There's very few restaurants open that early so maybe jam for the toast or oatmeal could be added?

Good location (once we found it - be careful with Google Maps, it will auto pick their other property "Prime"! Right by a couple of stations. The room was clean, a good-sized bathroom, 7-11 right next door, Dontonburi is very close. Room was clean. No tea or coffee provided in room, but there was a kettle and mugs. Wifi was difficult to connect to at first.
