The location was good, with access to a big street allowing transportation into various points easier and close to a bus stop, and witha 10 min walk to a great place for food The rooms are a little bit small and wish there were more washers for clothes

Bed mattress and pillows were a bit on the harder side but other than that, Stay was great

The location is good. As a non smoking person, we booked for a non smoking room . But the room smells a little bit smoke of cigarette.

The room was very overall is very small. No room for luggage. Had to slide it all underbed.

The staff was friendly. The pillows were flat and hard. Only one bottle of water. The breakfast was meager for the amount paid.

1.By the time of checking in ,the price of the stay was almost $50 higher then it was during the reservation on the Booking.com. It took a few hours to solve the problem.Mostly because the stuff doesn't speak English and there was a lot of miscommunications.It actually ruined my first day in Osaka ( 2. Only on the 4th day of staying, upon my request ,my room was cleaned and overloaded trash bins were emptied.3.You can't ventilate your room by simply opening the window, because your room will be filled with smells from the kitchen. 4. The heater system is centralized ,so you can't adjust the room temperature by yourself, and going to sweat whole night.

A warm hotel in the heart of the American Village, loved the vibrant and buzzing neighborhood. Great location and easy metro access. Highly recommend!

nothing at all, maybe the price, but nothing else staff is rude, air conditioning is not a proper AC, just blwoing heat air and it was 26 degree Celsius, the staff told us to open the window. Only 2 bottles of water for any number of nights. The bed and pillow is dusty, got allergic due to it. Fridge is not even cold. Check out time is 10am when others are 11am, and late checkout charge is a must.

Location is strategic, 6 mins to station, 8 mins to dotonbori and shopping. Room quite spacious compared from my previous stay in other Apa Hotel. Only 1 issue I had with this room which is the TV position.
