I really liked the location and the fact that I was within walking distance of everything I needed, including the trains! It was so helpful in terms of planning logistics for my trip. Also the staff were all very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I also loved that I could use the coin laundry on site; it was very easy to use. N/A.

The staff were the best thing, loved the services The location is very far from bus stops or metro station I mean it’s 12-15 minutes walks but after long day of walk it’s not the best… The rooms are tinny but at least they were clean

Excellent location - quiet but extremely close to the bustling city center. Most areas of interest for tourists were walkable right from the hotel.

Beautiful place to stay . Everything was super clean, good interior design and comfy bedroom. Location was great. We would have liked to know rooms were outside the building, no common corridor or hall. Staff was gentle, not super friendly.

The location was reasonably good, within walking distance of Namba and Dotonbori, while still being on a quieter street. The hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. The room was extremely small with very limited space to open a suitcase. Housekeeping required requesting cleaning in advance which was inconvenient. The location was not the best overall, with the nearest station being quite a walk away. Also, there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom.

I got a free upgrade for the room. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property was a bit far from any of the train stations so had to walk a bit. Not too bad though but not so good when you’re lugging a big luggage.

It was very comfortable and prefect just for one night. Location is 12min walk to train station but not challenging.

Water pressure was strong. Room was clean when arrived. Quiet. No breakfast, so no comment on this. Location was little off from main street and transportation. They collected separate local tax in check-in time.(this is only place. It should be collected beforehand) Room was too small and no room for luggages. The room was not for two people even though the bed was queen size.

It has a nice kitchen area so you can make your own food. Osaka has great restaurants but it gets old and heavy after a while

Good location, modern amenities, friendly staff, amazing concept. The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels. Rooms have a spacious bed, a desk, and the shower good pressure.
