Amazing place in Osaka for a vacation. Very close to Dotonbori and many other attractions. Close to metro stations as well, only 10 minutes walk. The room has plenty of space, very clean. You have self laundry machines, gym. We had the option to pay to get rid of used suitcases. The staff was very helpful with us whenever we had a question. Definitely recommend for a vacation, we would come back for sure. Not much, maybe the gym could use a little more equipment.

The rooms are genuinely spacious by Japanese standards, which made a huge difference for longer stays—we could easily open multiple suitcases without feeling cramped . The location is fantastic, tucked just slightly away from the main bustle but within easy walking distance to Namba Station, Kuromon Market, and Dotonbori . The room had a microwave and small fridge, which was handy, and there's a residents' lounge with free coffee and filtered water on the 6th floor . Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We didn't opt for breakfast, but with Family Mart and Lawson right nearby, plus endless food options in the area, it never felt like an issue . Highly recommended for anyone wanting space, comfort, and a great base in Osaka.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Luggages could be laid out without being in the way. It would have been nice if it was a little cheaper.

Had a community room where we can make coffee or tea. Area for large groups to meet and have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Coin operated laundry service. Large rooms. Quiet air conditioning. Right underneath places to eat. Close to convenience stores (1 to 2 blocks). Close to coffee shop. Located within walking distances to all the tourist attractions but far enough away from the crowds. I didn't have anything that I can think of that was an issue. My expectations were met for a nice stay at Osaka. It's about an 6-7 minute walk from the Namba station so if you are carrying a lot of luggage, it can be tiring, but manageable.

Great location, fabulous rooms, great size too! The staff was really nice, location is great. Walkable to everything. Nothing to complain about - super relaxing and comforting.

A sewer-like smell in the bathroom, the fact that you had to go out of the room and into a room further away in the corridor to fill a water jug with drinking water, and lastly that the tv offered for additional entertainment apps like netflix etc, only 10-15 channels, out of which 2 only were in English.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options, and everything was clean and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely recommend it!
