The location.

Exceptional location in Namba, close to great food & shops while also not located on a busy street. Kind staff, great amenity bar, and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations for a 3-star hotel. Our room and bathroom were incredibly small, but that was understood when making the booking; I just didn't realize how small it would feel in reality. Also the mattress provided was not very comfortable.

Great location, close to the Namba Station. Room was modern and clean. Nothing I can fault of the place really. Maybe I wish the room we booked was just alittle more bigger in space.

The location at Namba station gets you close to Dotonbori and the shopping streets, but it is still around the corner and quiet. The rooms were of good size for Japan and they were clean and comfortable. The value for dollar was good as the price I paid included breakfast. N/A

It's in a very good location, you can walk anywhere. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are quite small.
