The hotel is within a short walking distance from Tennoji Station, Shinsekai, and Tennoji Park. The room was spacious for the price and they served a free breakfast.

Very good location. Nice staff. No Internet for iOS users (26.2 or newer). Few options in the breakfast. No protein to vegetarian. Extra fee charged during checking (¥200 per day).

I stayed for 1 day. It’s walking distance to the train station. Great breakfast and clean facilities, but the rooms aren’t very spacious. Good for a one-day solo stay in Osaka and close to the train station, but you can hear noise from both the trains and the construction—especially in the morning. The room is small, and you can hear noise from both the construction and the passing trains.

The included breakfast buffet, although nothing special in terms of food, was definitely a highlight. Otherwise, it's fairly standard for a Japanese business hotel. The room (and bathroom) is small, though clean enough and comfortable enough for their primary purpose - staying in overnight. It's close to the Abeno Tennoji area, which in addition to shopping, restaurants, and transport access, has a direct limousine bus to/from Itami airport (the main reason I chose this hotel). I'm not a fan of the self serve check in/out machines. They are becoming more prevalent, but don't seem mature enough yet for foreign visitors to use without any assistance, especially if you've never used it before. If you booked two rooms, you have to go through the process twice. In the past, with staffed front desk, I would've only experienced a single check-in procedure.

Location, cleanliness, hair dryer, laundry room, courteous staff, breakfast buffet included. Having to climb into the deep bathtub in order to shower. Unable to use bathroom sink while shower is on. Noises from other rooms, plumbing, and outside. Narrow spaces around bed. Mattress too hard. Not enough space for hanging clothes.

Location is good, near the main train station. Room size is Japanese standard, not big but enough. Clean room and professional staffs. Able to store the luggage before check-in and after check-out in lockers. Check in time is a little strict.

They have nice view from the cafeteria over JRE train tacks. They have everything that you would expect from Toyoko anywhere. Breakfast was pretty nice.
