Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection and pleasant environment. Breakfast could get very crowded not enough seat turnover.

The room was amazing as we had a spa suite The service was bad the cleaning wasnt good . One day we were out for ages and the room wasn’t done. Then they tried to come in later when we were relaxing . No room service

Exquisitely lovely and must stay place Lady at the front desk wasn’t very nice at check-in, she was a little smart with me, but it’s ok.

Everything was perfect

Everything -- Candeo makes you feel like a special guest. Little things: I checked my baggage before I was able to officially check in and when I did -- my baggage had already been moved to my room. or Pajamas in the room that can be worn to breakfast or to the onsen. The onsen is amazing. The hotel bar is amazing. The restaurant buffets --dinner and breakfast are excellent -- lots of variety and delicious and affordable. Nothing. Everything was great!

The hotel was exceptional and the staff were superb. The onsen on the 31st floor overlooking the city was beautiful.

The hotel room was very clean, well-equipped, and pleasant with an exceptional view of Osaka. It is close to two stations and was fairly easy to get around. It felt like a business district so it seemed like there were a lot of nice restaurants around, though we weren’t there long so didn’t get to try them. It has a rooftop spa - I thought it was a pool from the photos but in fact it is a gender-divided spa and bathing suits are not allowed, so just flagging that for Westerners that are not familiar with this. It’s worth checking out for the view

Very new and modern interior architecture. Great Onsen facilities with a great city skyline view. The buffet breakfast was terrible and not worth the price.

The location was excellent near to trains and shops we could walk everywhere. The Onsen was amazing worth the stay in the hotel just to be able to go there the views were incredible. The bar in the hotel could have stayed open later a lot of people came close to 10pm and could not get drinks would be nice to have it open for a late nightcap before bed

Rooms are small but typical for Japan

Absolutely everything! It was beautiful location, convenient for travel, in a very clean area that wasn't too crowded or busy. If I ever have the money, I would definitely love to stay here again already missing it. The staff are absolutely friendly too and I loved the self checkout where all you have to do is drop your key cards into the box and you can leave which made it super efficient to catch the bullet train later that day. And best of all, one of the best views I've ever had in my life from my hotel room! They have a public bath upstairs, but I do kind of wish they had a swimming pool since you aren't allowed swimwear in the public bath. It's not a big issue, but it can get quite hot in Japan and they were definitely points where I wish the hotel had a swimming pool instead.

+ the view from our room was spectacular + very friendly staff + the hotel is very clean and neat + comfy bed - it’s confusing that the reception is on 14 floor, but it seems common in Japan - would be nice to have a warning somewhere before you book that spa can only be used fully naked. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was to enjoy the spa together and we couldn’t because 1. it is separate for men and women, 2. we do not feel comfortable attending public spa naked - the location is a bit off because it’s in between two main areas but still very close and beautifully looking business district

Perfect location and clean hotel in my life

Rooftop soaking pool was amazing. 31st floor allows for an amazing breeze. Also an inside hot and cold soaking pool and sauna available which were great. Hygiene products provided were fantastic. Laundry very easy to do with tracking through your room TV. Lounge comfortable, albeit limited. Great shower/tub. Amazing view. Near subway, family mart, and a 7-11 which are very helpful. Elevators were very fast. Absolutely beautiful building. The toilet room was terrible to get into and out of, akin to a cramped public toilet. The lounge lacked any variety.

We enjoyed the hotel for our party of 5. The location was great - just minutes from the train. The hotel was immaculate. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had 3 in our room, so just a tad tight. However, we spent very little time in the room.
