Excellent location! The hygiene could be a bit better, especially with regards to the bathroom. Also, the breakfast is a frozen reheated/refried junk food, essentially.
-
Comfortable, clean accommodation, close to attractions Later check-in at 4?

The lounge was cool, the elevator was fast, they do have luggage storage for when you arrive before check-in. The location was great. Small bathroom, no balcony, and small fridge.
-
Good, solid, no-frills hotel in a great location, convenient place to sleep. Close to restos, market, and train station. Wifi is good, and there is a coin laundry on site. The room is small and could feel tight, but it is expected in hotels in JP. It's fine for a night's stay, and if the priority is just basic furnishings.
-
Easily walkable to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Clean and comfortable room.

Very small rooms
-
Location and accessible to train stations within 5 minutes The rooms are super tiny, the bathroom is even smaller, very hard to move around the shower and no place to leave your toiletries anywhere.
-
I was told two different instructions for luggage transport. The first time I was told that I had to move my luggage over to a Yamato transport center, but the second time I was told that I just had to leave my luggage at the front desk. In the end it worked out, but aligning on the information given out to guests would be good.

The location is excellent and the beds were super confortable.

Bed and pillows were good despite other reviews. Do not pay for breakfast, absolutely not worth it.

there's a space for us to eat at night and there's a family mart behind your hotel which was convenient for us to get anything. we also like the location as it is a walking distance to Dotonbori. the room and toilet were quite small and tight, so it was hard to keep our luggage anywhere. there weren't a lot of plug points for us to charge.

Location was good. Convenience stores and public transportation easily accessible. Good lighting and controls. Warm toilet seat-nice. Pillows were comfortable and soft though there should’ve been 2 pillows like in other hotels. The room was very tight. By architectural and interior design standards, there should’ve been only one bed. Hot water kept turning lukewarm/cold during showers. Even though there was a hot water kettle, no coffee or tea was provided. Underneath the 2 beds was some garbage and a LOT of dust as well as around the refrigerator. There weren’t enough hooks and hangers (which is probably why guests hang their clothes from the air-conditioner, TV, door closer, safe, etc.) for 2-person occupancy. English translations for labels and instructions would’ve convenient for most non-Japanese.
-
Location was excellent especially for the price and because we were a party of three (rather than two). Wi-Fi service wasn't working when we arrived and the front desk staff didn't seem too keen on helping us resolve the problem. They eventually did, but seemed annoyed by us asking about it.

Accomodating and area was clise to Metro stations grocery stores and array of restaurants and shopping.
-
Great stay in Osaka! The room was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it easy to rest after a busy day.
-
Quiet area, good amenities
-
Stains on bed, hairs on the floor and terrible luggage storage.
-
We tried to move our reservation from one day to two days and they wanted more than 4 times the price . They would also not cancel the reservation. It was cheaper to find another hotel and lose the money. They would have made more money for a second day but got greedy and wanted crazy price increase. We used the money for second night to a hotel in Nara. Had a wonderful time.

Cleanliness, staff was great and easy to communicate with. None

Very clean and cozy The pillows were really uncomfortable (they were empty from the inside)
