New and well appointed. Pillows were hard and only one per guest.

The location to Kitahama station is very convenient. The overall hotel is in superb condition, and the staff was extremely helpful. The rooms are a little small, but that is not a deciding factor when I return to Osaka as most rooms in Japan compare in size.

The hotel is located in Kitahama, a quiet an upscale area of Osaka. The kitahama station is next to the hotel conveniently. Staff is very helpful and attentive . Rooms are a bit small but consideing lack of space in Japan , they are nice . Breakfast was outstanding . Nothing

Very inviting good size rooms. Free coffee all day and sparkling water in foyer. Gave free face mask’s daily. Everything was beautiful

The building is great, and the facilities and breakfast are really good. The lounge is nice, and the location is good. My room wasn't that great; some of the pictures look better than my room.

We had great stay! Everything and everywhere is so clean. I have asked more firm pillows they did provided them in my room which really helps my sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and water pressure was strong. Breakfast offered a lot of international food. Right beside the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish the breakfast off more of Japanese food instead majority food they offered were international.
