Everything at the hotel was wonderful. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel owners were incredibly kind and welcoming and they helped us with many things throughout our stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality! Nothing

We had very gentle air conditioning. And it was hot.

Palermo Emiliano and Barbara are so warm and friendly, they helped make our stay in Palermo memorable. Emilano's sightseeing advice was even better than our guidebook. The breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the city were wonderful. The location is perfect, just off the actual center of the old city but quiet and steps away from the church that has the best cannolli we've ever had.

If you're not in reasonably good shape the entrance and stairs may be a challenge.

Right in the center of Palermo, you can not ask for a better location to explore and enjoy Palermo Wonderful and helpful host, carried bags upstairs for us The roof top terrace was peaceful and had views The 36 or so steps to the reception weren’t mentioned in the description, nor were the additional 20 or so steps to our room and breakfast terrace mentioned either- that should be made clear to guests in the description of accommodations

Our hosts Emiliano and Barbara took excellent care of us and gave us excellent tips for exploring the old city. Highly recommend! No complaints.

Location was good , a little off the main roads but everywhere is easily walkable. Room is very large, lots of space ! Bed was very comfortable and bath is a good size, upstairs was a nice room ( outside) where breakfast was served and you can use to just hang out in the evening . Great European breakfast, wonderful pastries with a very friendly hostess The stairs to get up to property but they’re installing an elevator!! Yeah! Don’t let it stop you it’s definitely worth the effort

Wonderful staff that were very friendly and helpful. The location was central to the historical district. The lighting in the bathroom was good. It was very difficult to find. No signs except for a very small placard (maybe six inches wide) with a keypad on a stone wall next to a large door. We arrived shortly after 4:00 pm, so we were given a code to enter. The entrance looked like we were entering a garage with motorcycles and trash cans instead of a hotel lobby. There was no-one to help us with our luggage, and we had great difficulty carrying our bags up three flights of stairs.

Wow, is this place great! Comfortable rooms, great friendly staff, and a perfect central location. As easy walk from the central train station, and to virtually every place you will be seeing in Palermo. The rooftop terrace overlooks a view dominated by a nearby church dome and tower. The breakfast is really nice and generous, and staffed by a truly lovely lady. Vito at the front desk will give you detailed information on how to catch the bus to Monreale (super easy), the train to Cefalu (a very worthwhile day trip) and anything else you want to know. All for a VERY fair price. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else on my next visit to Palermo. Be aware there is no lift ... we were on the third floor and I could see this being an issue for some people. For most this will not be a problem.

Close to Quattro Canti but far enough to avoid the crowds. The breakfast area provides great views of the city! Vito and Chatty were very welcoming and helpful. we felt like family.

Lovely staff nice set up with Breakfast. Bonus we left early and had a nice togo bag for early morning. Barbara very kind and Emiliano great with helping with sites map and setting Taxi up. The taxi for our early morning lift, was late due to his clock in the Taxi. Thank you again for all the help setting up rides. We had a great short stay Thank you all for our accommodations. The bar refer could stay on to keep things cold when leaving for the day due to the card/auto shut off of power in rooms. The stairs were a challenge , I do have a cane and trouble with stairs, not your fault.
