Perfect location. Quiet but right around the corner from the Main Street. The staff was amazing and helpful. Great restaurant recommendations. Delicious breakfast. We liked it all!

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Cannot think of anything. Everything was wonferful.
-
Beautiful spacious room, especially for Italy/Europe where hotel rooms feel very small and cramped. Great central location which was easy to find The description makes it seem like it’s very close to the train station but it was still a 15-20 min walk

The staff were SO helpful about suggestions and recommendations. Seriously, some of the best service ever. Breakfast was extremely varied, you ordered the night or day before. Location was absolutely perfect, in the middle of everything, but quieter.

Can’t say enough about our (Family) room. Lots is space. Good breakfast. Wonderful staff Nothing

Great location, exceptionally friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, clean and comfortable room and bed, very quiet inside, even on the busy street, lovely little balcony A bit warm in the room at night, unable to cool down with thermostat, had to open doors, but noisy outside, so could only do for short time.

location, cleanliness and hotel staff

Breakfast was ok, but given the size of the breakfast room you have to pick a turn since the day before. Not very comfortsble The room was located outside of the hotel in an apartment building about 30 yards from the hotel. The lobby of this building had absolutely no furniture. Nothing! A feeling of getting into a bad place. The room was in two levels. The bedroom was upstairs and the bathroom downstairs. Very dangerous if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The shower had no doors nor a curtain. After taking a shower, the floor of the entire room is wet.

Beautifully appointed hotel situated right in the middle of everything. Quiet room on the main street and accomodating staff.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Palazzo Natoli. We knew what to expect and we weren’t disappointed. From the friendly staff willing to help you with anything to clean room with beautiful decor and well equipped shower, it was a great experience. Nothing to complain. Whenever we are in Palermo, we won’t even think twice, that is where we are staying. Nothing

Let me start by saying this hotel has the best staff. Everyone was accommodating, and friendly. They have a fantastic breakfast. The night before they ask you to select what you would like for breakfast from excellent pastries, eggs, cheese and fantastic caffe. I don't think you can find a better location right in the center of Palermo. The main cathedral is a few minute walk in one direction and the Quattro Canti in the other direction. Our room had a small balcony on Via Vittorio Emanuele. It was nice place to sip some wine and watch the people go by. The hotel has clean bathrooms and rooms. Make sure to check out La Galleria a fantastic restaurant a few minutes away. Also, for a quick bite or drink go to Retrobottega near the Quattro Canti.

The breakfast was exceptional with both English and Italian selections! the service was great! Getting to the hotel (the last 3 blocks) was very difficult, but the staff helped us get into the historic section of the city and provided car parking and retrieval. (an additional cost but absolutely necessary)

location really in heart of Palermo, staff were great and the in-room breakfast was adorable The door does not has a inside window cover, and the curtain cannot fully cover the door, we don’t feel comfortable and concern on privacy. The apartment is cold at night in October but the air conditioner heating not working. The quilt has a very vintage smell.

Missed the breakfast as we had a very early flight, but they arranged the shuttle and had to-go breakfasts prepared for us. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to get us refreshments when we arrived, as well as provide suggestions on where to visit on our very short trip to Palermo. The room was absolutely beautiful. Nothing negative to say.

This hotel is a peaceful, quiet, luxurious sanctuary in busy and sometimes chaotic Palermo. The staff is impeccable and everyone and everything was so accommodating to our needs. We particularly appreciated their efforts to provide delicious vegan breakfast options. I communicated in advance and every day and they also ask for everyone to fill out the menu form with what they would like for breakfast the next morning. Our room was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is a very well run boutique hotel. It was overwhelming at first to be in Palermo after coming from peaceful Switzerland, as the city is a little overwhelming at first. This hotel is a true little sanctuary and a great place to rest and rejuvenate to explore the areas. We loved all of our sightseeing, especially Cefalu, and the hotel recommended eating at a restaurant they called Bastione and Constanza - what a fabulous recommendation for cefalu dining! The place the most amazing vegan food in a beautiful setting — thank you staff! We really can’t say how glad we are to have stayed at this peaceful hotel. Everyone who works there was so kind and attentive! They were always very helpful! They were great at communicating prior to our trip. We had questions about parking and driving and they were so helpful and kind. they made it easy for us and even booked our parking for us with the city We loved staying here. On this vacation, we stayed at many places and this was in my top two! He definitely went above and beyond, and the place is an amazing little boutique Hotel. I could not find anything I didn’t like, except it would be nice if the vegan croissants were served heated and maybe a little crispy, but that is really nitpicking when everything else was served so beautiful and they made effort to bring a vegan. People at breakfast were always working so hard and they made it seem like they were happy to help us. The food was delicious!
