The hosts were wonderful. Our luggage did not arrive and Guistepe helped us call the lost luggage at the airport. Manuela made us feel very comfortable. She made great coffee! Need to climb stairs to get in and we couldn’t find the light the first time when we had luggage.

Awesome view from the little balcony. Location was perfect, the room was very nice clean and decent size. Breakfast was sufficient and delicious. There’s no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up , but it was only one floor up so no big deal.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The property itself was well-kept and cozy, and our room was spotless and comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d definitely love to come back!

The Persiane was a great apartment, with terrific, friendly and helpful management. Breakfast was provided, which was lovely. The location was excellent. All logistics were handled perfectly, and in a friendly manner. Our needs for luggage storage on the day of departure were easily handled. Thank you, Persiane team!

Giuseppe and Manuela were great hosts. Very friendly and accommodating. Gave us directions and ordered a taxi for us when we needed it. We overslept past breakfast but they saved it for us and it was a delicious selection.

Fantastic little B&B, booked last minute and the communication with the owners was superb. Lovely breakfast, lovely room and great location..... our first choice for a short break in Palermo.

Despite being in a very busy and trendy area in Palermo, the room was lovely and quiet (with the windows closed ?). Our hosts Manuela and Giuseppe were marvellous and their breakfasts excellent - great selection with savoury on offer (fairly rare in Italy as sweet pastries are the norm for breakfast), and coffee/tea of choice hand-made by Manuela. We highly recommend this intimate and beautifully appointed BnB hotel. One 'tiny' improvement which could be made - a plug-in WiFi repeater/booster in our end room Porta Nuova, farthest from the WiFi modem. The signal was pretty weak, but 4G mobile coverage was very good.

The breakfast was excellent with lots of goodies to choose from. Owners informative on the local offerings. Very convenient area to be located in. Rooms very well conveniences. Bit of noise in the evenings outside. So close the well insulated windows for quiet. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to downtown sites (Norman Palace, Teatro Massimo, Mercato del Capo, etc.) and easy to reach via airport bus that runs every 30 minutes or so. Even though the balcony of our room directly overlooked the lively Via Vittorio Emanuele pedestrian area, the room was very quiet (combination of really thick walls and quality insulated windows I guess). Breakfast with cappuccino each morning was delicious and a great start to the day. There was an enormous street light right outside our balcony that made our room very bright at night. The proprietor closed the wooden shutters after our first night when we mentioned the issue. That helped a lot, but not entirely. A good set of blackout curtains would really help to block the light that still comes through the closed shutters.

We wanted to be near restaurants, and loved that we only had to walk downstairs to be in the heart of a cafe area. Despite this, it was quiet & cosy. The owners were both lovely with excellent communication. Breakfast was great with a wide assortment of pastries & fruit.

The location of persiane al cassaro was just perfect for us. The room was absolutely beautiful, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was such a lovely bonus . I would love to stay there again Nothing
