Excellent location walking two blocks to get to the main areas lots of restaurants, the bus hope on hope off was right there so was great to see the city! Our room vas very spacious large the bathroom also plenty of room also have a large closet!think this place only have 3 rooms! The attention to details, breakfast, cleaning our room daily was a plus! Also Giovanni was very friendly and helpful! Maria and Marcela made our breakfast with lots of attention super friendly!fresh fruits and coffee many different pastries, bread cheese various ham or salami! Extras for the evening! Juices , yogurt etc The patio was a plus for me, love plants and the views super! Giovanni let me use the laundry room that was a big plus! We are being traveling a while so have clean fresh clothes was a giant plus I totally recommend this place to have a wonderful stay in Palermo walking distance to everything Thanks to everyone who made our stay fantastic! Also they arranged our taxi to the airport! They spoke a bit of English so that was great ! Giovanni is more fluent and super helpful Air conditioner working perfectly! Bed super comfortable we got twin bed it works perfectly not a problem! To get to the apartment have a staircase is in the second floor but it was not difficult no elevator! is easy to access if you don’t have mobility issues! Also for a busy area outside, no noise or crazy loud sounds it all! Nothing bad ! Was perfect! Location easy to go in different directions totally recommend it❤️

Fantastic tasty and fresh breakfast with beautiful terrace, lady Virginia took such good care of us from the beginning, location of B&B was very close to the main tourist attractions, just a few minutes walk, highly recommend!

The location is very central and close everything. We just have to park the car and we forget it to visit all the famous places in Palermo. The owner is very helpful and kind as well the nice girl who is serving the breakfast. The breakfast is very complete and enough. Our room was very well decorated with a taste. It was very quiet and the view on the city perfect. We absolutely recommend this guest house to spend some days in Palermo. Thanks you Giovani for your very kind welcome.

Locations is easily walkable everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. So attentive. Own individual rooms with en-suite bathrooms and a common area indoor and outdoor to hang out.

Excellent BnB, very clean and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Great selection of gluten-free options each morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. It was a little noisy in the morning, but that is due to central location and proximity to main areas to visit.

Location and access were excellent. Rear terrace very tranquil with views towards Duomo. Staff were helpful and kind. Road outside was very busy but that is Palermo!

Amazing location, walkable distance to cathedral which is a huge bonus. Staff are super friendly and helpful, I will highly recommend this place if you plan to visit Palermo. Can be a little bit noisy at nighttime as it’s next to street but not a big issue for me

Exceptional

We had a great stay at Residenza Normanna. The B&B is really cozy, clean, with a lovely terrace and close to the center, but above all Giovanni and Maria Felice have been extremely kind and welcoming. We had a medical emergency during our stay and they did all to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. They have been amazing!! Highly recommend and again a big thank you for what you have done for us! ?
