Easy metro access AC didn’t work, shower was so extremely tiny, elevator was out of order

Dirty bathroom. The elevator broke down, and we were stuck inside.

There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely small. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely move. There was no proper lighting, and the elevator was broken—someone even got stuck in it. It was also incredibly noisy outside. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here

The fact that there is no Air conditioner should have been bolded in red, so that customers make their decision accordingly. It was misleading. Also the fan in room was so weak barely any air coming out of it, and it was dirty.

Both front desk hosts were beyond amazing. The beds were very comfy. My encounters with the cleaning staff were quite nice too. The bathroom walls were not super clean and the fixtures were pulling out of the wall. No where to hang wet towels. Bathroom was a bit sketch. The massive amount of laundry pile up in the dining area/common space was a bit unfortunate but might be given the hotel was a bit tight on space.

Bad customer service . The weather was super hot . No air conditioning. A fan in the room was not functional. Me and my 7 year old daughter were sweating by the bucket. My daughter started to have shortness of breath coz of the heat. Went down to front desk and requested for a fan. Not so helpful front desk man with attitude said he will sent it up to room . Waited 45 min n no sign of anyone bringing fan. By this time my daughter seemed lethargic. I packed up n left , found a hotel with ac and grt customer service . Will never go back to this hotel again.

I liked how close it was to the Eiffel Tower. No AC and did not provide a fan that blew cold air or even warm air. Super small bathroom.

Location near tower was great. Breakfast was easy and started early. Very hardworking staff! they deserve a raise. Front desk professionals and extremely helpful.

However, the downside is that they don't have AC, they provide a little tower fan, that barely works. I couldn't bear the heat in the room. I would not recommend this hotel. At least they should provide a good pedestal fan.

The room

The shower is quite small — it was fine for me, but may be less comfortable for guests over around 170 cm. During check-in, I was informed that secure luggage storage was available. However, on the day of check-out, I was told there was no dedicated storage room and that bags should be left in the lobby. This was concerning, especially as I had valuables in my luggage and was heading out for a marathon. Given the earlier confirmation of secure storage, I asked if it would be possible instead to extend check-out by just one hour, but this was declined, and I was still advised to leave my luggage in the open lobby. After further discussion, I was eventually given a place to leave it, though the situation still felt insecure. Overall, the property offers good value for money and is located slightly away from the city center but convenient to metro stations. However, the lack of secure luggage storage, despite initial confirmation, was a significant concern and the front desk was just not welcoming.
