The food and staff the process to check in was slow

The property is dated.

I kept getting repeated messages demanding I make payment within 24 hours or my reservation would be cancelled. They charged my credit card usd3,675. Twice for the same two rooms 8 booked. I tried repeatedly to cancel this reservation after I learnt this but no body was willing to help . The staff constantly mocked my situation and kept passing me to explain from one person to another to frustrate my attempts to refund.

The service and staff

They gave me a hard time at the property, they said my reservation was for only 2 people and it was for 5. Delayed me almost 5 hours, a lot of headaches and hotel was completely paid for 1 month before arrival, they told me I had to pay again until things get resolved. I had a horrible experience, plus I got food poisoning was out of commission for 3 days. Horrible experience

I like everything but the excursions it was the best

Food, stuff, kids friendly, very clean. Water park and pool for kids. Kids club. They help us to found a stroller for rental. Room service. Many water bottles for the room If you pick castle side it will be music playing until 6pm. It’s ok but with a baby trying to nap little annoying. So just good to know. Take opposite side of you want quiet

The amount of activities the hotel has are just perfect to keep the whole family entertained The staff from the restaurants and vehicles were not friendly, some of them are actually very rude. Also, we did not like to have people selling things and waiting for us every time we went to the buffet. Also, we paid for a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and the fridge from the room was only stocked with 1 juice and 1 milk even after I called the concierge to make them realize this was the case. Finally, we paud for a castle front room but there was a huge palm in front of the balcony which covered the castle.

Some of the a la carte restaurants were really good. The drinks at the bar were also good quality. The swimming pools were big and warm. The hotel is clearly understaffed for the amount of customers. The very few staff were always overloaded and mostly unhappy. The beach chairs were ALL taken with towels. When asking the security, they couldnt do anything.

Overall a wonderful stay. I noticed the kindness and helpfulness of majority of the stuff as we arrived. Well suited for children and families, with aeas and activities adapted to them. Good food, variety of restaurants. Beautiful beach area. One night I had a health emergency with my 3 year old son. I needed to call a taxi to go to the hospital and I dialed 0 on the phone available inside my room, reaching concierge services. The person in charge was very unhelpful and told me he would not help me. He said I needed to go to the lobby. In this type of resorts, the lobby is not close, and instead of offering additional help, given the health emergency I described, he did not even bother to contact his colleagues to help me with the taxi. I think this situation does not do justice to the overall attentiveness of the personnel, but nobody should act like this when a child is having a healt emergency. Also, my father asked two times to change his sofa bed because it was uncomfortable, but nobody came back to us during our stay to solve or respond to that request.

There should be designated areas for people to smoke. I was with my family, including my kids, and many people smoking right next to us everywhere in the facility. I was not expecting that, anybody smoking in all the areas of the resort. If you are good with that, then it is a great place to visit.

Everything We were on 3rd floor. No elevators, but that was ok because we got in our 10000 steps everyday lol. The stairs kept us fit by walking off all the good food we were eating.

Customer service and the views

Location to the beach , the hotel was beautiful Extremely dirty , disorganized especially with food. Do not take allergies seriously, they will mix serving spoon for fish and plantains and they don’t care. Everything is not clean.Room is dirty, filled with mould, everything smelled like mildew. The food was bad, my family and I ate fries every day. A lot of illness, hands foot and mouth everywhere.

The pools, staff, size of the rooms. The beach was incredible Food in the restaurants was not so good. Italian, french and sushi were really bad

The hotel is well maintained by staff. Staff is polite and helpful The air conditioning did not work properly

The Italian restaurant was not good. Some activities didn't start on time.
