The room was small, no balcony, no small refrigerator, no kettle in the room, tv was not working, it was two of us and they had pan cakes, eggs and French toast, each person had to choose 1so if i took eggs my husband had to due without , we had a choice of a few pieces of fruit or a glass of orange juice.

The location was wonderful walking distance to everything. The beach right next-door overall location was great. From the moment I got there I had a poop stain on my sheet right dead center right when you walk in could see it I asked to get it replaced did not get it replaced until two days later physically had to go get the Manager to come see it, but was told we only have one sheet comforter for each room known extra brown’s match on top of the toilet garbage can moldy walls in the restroom but be worry about staying here. I was walking the beach and got robbed by the police. Do not recommend this place for families.

Close to everything. Walking distance to shuttles and busses and ferry super location. It was great for what I needed. Beach was extremely crowded but I expected that.

The location is right on the beach, and in walking distance to the ferry. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. The construction quality isn't as nice as the photos. It looks very chic but it isn't actually a high quality place. And it was expensive for the area. The pictures of the pool look really nice, especially the bar. But the bar is not operational, it is just for show :(. The bathroom shower didn't drain. The room feels cheap overall compared to the photos. And I didn't appreciate that Booking.com makes a presentation about how the room was discounted from $495 a night when it is clearly not that category of hotel.

Love the location Didn’t like the fact that the mini split dripped water all over the floor causing the floor to be wet. The shower water didn’t go down. No mini fridge to take drinks back to the room. No phone service to ask for extra towels or toilet trees.

The place was nice and mainly everything was ok, the beach was super crowded, lots of people passing by and many others staying there because is a public beach and we didn’t know that. The toilet paper was terrible and we were told the toilet would get clogged if we put the paper on it! That was the main issue. Some waitress called July was rude to my husband, the rest of the staff were really nice and helpful.

Nothing There are no reviews on Booking because this place is a fraud and sucks. Paid money in advance and room wasn't ready or cleaned when we arrive after 6pm and housekeeping had home for the day.. The front desk girl was nice but completely unhelpful. Left for another place.

This property is in an excellent location ! Close to 5th Ave, close to the bus terminal and the ferry to Cozumel. The beach in front is beautiful and the staff are friendly.

They need mini fridges, and microwaves in rooms. Also locks on the doors. Our r9om also had ants so they need to fumigate more often. Other then adding some more upscale additions it was great.

Location was exceptional. Our first night we were putting a very tiny room. They did move us the following night to a bigger room as advertised in the pictures. Very clean very comfortable beach was great. Staff was amazing. The choice of beers that they had at the beach club for serve service wasn't what I expected. They had all low end beers not the coronas soul those sticky beers that we all love about Mexico.
