Breakfast was exceptional! Our room was large and comfortable with a great view overlooking the Douro River. It was quite close to an excellent fado show!

Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast and the room was great. We had a good view of the river. Also you could get water from the water machine. The bar had an exceptional view of the river. Have to say there was a tram line in front of the hotel and we missed the car park entrance across the tram line at an angle. This incurred a difficult drive through steep cobbled streets and acute turnings to get back and second time lucky we found the car park entrance.

I loved this hotel. Incredible room with modern amenities and the location is absolutely breathtaking being able to look at the river and then immediately be amongst the foot path and shops and restaurants when you head out.

Breakfast was not good. There was a lot of food but nothing was good. The fruit had no flavor, the pastry was stale. The cereal and break was tasteless. In a country with with such good food, nothing st breakfast had any flavor. The breakfast could have been better and I shouldn't have to ask for maid service to clean the room. I'm fine with reusing towels and sheets but I expect the room to be tidy every day. I should not have to ask for this. Also, the location was a bit away from the main attractions of Porto. ANd the music in the rooftop bar was annoying.

Hotel wasn’t a good location right on the waterfront by the river but not right in a very noisy busy area… as far as people walking by making a lot of noise at night. Staff was excellent and there was a rooftop lounge where we spent a little time for a drink and a snack everything was fine about the property the staff was very nice and friendly, it was a great location for us to spend two nights exploring Porto before we headed to Lisbon.

Amazing Location with river view! Very close to center! Staff is very friendly! Price was really good! The Rooms and facilities were very clean The Garage is very difficult to access. The Treadmill in the gym was not working.
