We had to wait a long time to get a virtual key that did not work. After this they would not allow us to leave our car in the garage for an extra 2 hours

Contact with the staff was difficult, we asked for hairdryer and never got it. The shower drain was clogged, but they provided maintenance. One day the water supply was restrained. Some things as salt or oil could be provided.

Great apartment. Very good location.

First we got room.with some issues, after 1 night room has been changed abd all was ok.

Place is fully equipped. bathroom is full of mold. Whether it its just that sinlge apartment I am not aware, but disgusting.

A relatively new aparthotel. Clean and pleasant kitchen. Comfortable bed. Very good soundproofing from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The soundproofing from outside is terrible. The windows are double-glazed but poorly installed, with gaps that let noise and cold air in. In addition, one of the living room windows has a ventilation opening (see pic) that, even when closed, still lets in cold air and the considerable noise from the street.

Super clean and had everything we needed, including a washer and plenty of towels. We loved having a balcony, and both beds were huge and very comfortable. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk from the main tourist area, which wasn’t bad at all. We stayed in the loft, and my 6-year-old absolutely loved going up and down the stairs. They also had 24 hour reception via Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking was tough

All rooms with TVs, comfortable beds, and a really good shower. The location is great as well, not far from Porto downtown, also 5 min walking distance to a Lidl supermarket. In addition, we had a rental car and it has a parking space in the building garage, very convenient. We had previously agreed that I would receive the Garage Gate Code to park the car as soon as I shared the vehicle registration once I got it in the Airport, however it took them a couple of hours to inform, and I had to send a couple of messages asking for it. That was the only downside.

Shower bottom leaked water to the room and the iron for clothing was missing

Everything was wonderful….. Electronic keys, I had dead battery and unable to Excess building until charged… perder if we had option in choosing keys or digital

Clean. Evidently under new management which seems quite disorganized. We were not allowed to get into the apartment even a few minutes before designated time of 16:00. Shower drain was clogged and I had to remove a big blob of hair to make it drain. Lots of difficulty getting in and out using virtual key (sometimes 8-10 attempts before the door would open). Check in instructions stated that we must park in our designated parking spot, otherwise our car may be towed away. But our spot was taken, so management first stated we did not have parking reserved, but we finally convinced the that we had reserved it months before. Then they said we could park in any spot, which we did, but subsequently advised us we had to move to another spot (NOT our previously assigned one). The was no bath soap and not enough toilet paper.

Location is good, near metro station. Apartment have all the necessary things. Soundproofing is very bad. The bedroom is facing the main street, which is very busy even at night. You can hear every car/bike/people talking passing by. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, had a dip in the middle. If you are coming by car, you have to reach the location and then had to make a call to get the access code of parking lot as well as your parking spot number. Which can be improved, if you get this info beforehand. Not be mention, the entrance to the parking is very narrow, so driving in and out is a big challenge.

Convenient parking space available; Easy communication over the phone at any time, and the representative spoke English which was very helpful; Complimentary coffee; Overall good size of the apartment; Stores and restaurants within walking distance. The floor was not properly cleaned, dust and hair were still left behind; The bidet was broken; The third set of shower towels was missing even though it had been requested beforehand. Update / Important note for future guests: After my stay, I started receiving multiple scam messages on WhatsApp related to “room cancellation,” “property quarantine,” and refund links. These messages appear to be phishing attempts, asking you to click a link to receive a refund. I cannot prove the source with certainty, but this started only after my stay at this property. I strongly advise future guests to be extremely cautious and never click on such links or share payment details. I also recommend reading reviews carefully. Based on my experience, many of the 10/10 reviews appear unusually generic and may not reflect real guest experiences.
