The location was fairly nice. An approx. 20 minute walk to the city centre. The train station was very close. This hotel holds history and that is a plus. Breakfast was a bit poor but the stuff was nice and helpful. Poor breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its location and wonderful art deco style . The staff were very welcoming and it’s very clean . Nothing to complain about. It would be an improvement if the bar was open longer hours especially in the day

It has beautiful art deco features in many areas of the building. Some of the features are truly stunning. The rooms themselves are comfortable, clean and spacious. The housekeeping is excellent and everything you need is replenished daily. The location is in the Old Town area, a ten minute walk to the Old Town Square. Trams also stop nearby and there are museums, shopping centres and restaurants within very close proximity. However, it is not immediately on top of the busiest streets, which is to its great advantage. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. The breakfast each morning was full of choice and variety. It was also of a high quality. It’s hard to be critical of a hotel this nice, but we could occasionally hear trams and trains from our room which was located at the front of the hotel. Nothing terrible, and certainly not off-putting. But some people may prefer to request a room away from the front.

Excellent design, super clean, friendly reception. The waiter at our dinner was manipulative. He was not honest and found ways to overcharge us. I was not impressed. Just because we are foreigners doesn’t mean we are naive. We will be writing a review about our experience. I also do not like that all the evening waiters are men. You should let women serve at night.

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff at reception was super professional and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast area wa the most beautiful in the whole hotel, and staff friendly. The breakfast buffet was a bit mid (we are from Scandinavia where the breakfast at most Hotels are above and beyond), and the staff did not inform us that we could order outside of what was at the buffet. However I had read someone saying they ordered buffet, so on the second day I tried asking for that as we were seated. The omelett was amazing. I wish they would have informed us of this service in stead of us having to search and ask for it.
