Location, very good. Most of the staff was very kind. Pictures don’t match, pool wise speaking. It wasn’t that clean.

This hotel has not workstation comfortable area, and Room Desk is very small, is not to job in room.

The location is what I like the most. It's close to the subway station and the neighborhood is safe to walk around. It's the ideal place to stay in Santiago and be well connected to public transport. My reservation was cancelled because my credit card had a problem, but they gave me a room anyway when I got to the hotel.

A very nice hotel that I would definitely recommend. It is 5 minutes away from a big city mall, in the middle of a quiet area, 3 minutes away from the subway with many restaurants and cafés around. Super nice service, the stuff is very friendly, helpful and always available. The breakfast is really great, there is something for every taste. The single room was a bit too small for my taste. However, the hotel offers good upgrade options for a small surcharge.

This is our second time staying here. Overall the property is located in a quiet part of Providencia, while also being close to the metro, shopping, and cafes. The room we stayed in had a bathroom in bad shape. Everything worked, but the caulking was black with mildew, and the shower door doesn’t seal, leaking water all over the floor and even onto the carpets. You can see watermarks from the constant leaking. A little time to repair these issues would make a difference.

Excellent location. Quiet area of the neighbourhood but close to commercial centres, restaurants, caffes and good walking access to public transportation. Several of the staff were not that pleasant in providing their service to the guests, although a few of the restaurant staff was quite pleasant to deal with

The location is down the street from our son. The people who work the hotel are excellent. The room we got this time was smaller, there was a problem with the shower leaking. It got fixed but we would have preferred changing rooms.
