Quick walk into town centre Little bit of maze, and noticed that they didn’t provide certain amenities (eg shampoo and conditioner), but rather the same in the bottles.

Location was excellent Some doors in the building slammed closed which disturbed my sleep and some showers needed maintenance

Simple, clean room with a lakefront view. Staff were friendly. There was a large shared kitchen with utensils and cutlery provided, but it was so heavily used that I felt things were not the cleanest. Still a nice option to have. You can also store your luggage here for $4 a day. The room felt quite cold - there was only a small heater in the room and it wasn’t enough. There was hardly any place to hang our stuff - four hangers and a hook for a hand towel in the bathroom and that was all. The bathroom could use more hooks at least for hanging bath towels and clothes. The hot water went out in the middle of my shower but it only happened once.

Very quiet facing the lake it’s a beautiful property. One of the cheaper options in Queensland Can be abit noisy , beds and toilets abit dirty but otherwise I think it’s quite value for money

that it was right near the lake and you could go for walks, only downfall was the kitchen it had a really potent stink in there. but other than that was good for what i needed to do. oh and the car park was full so couldnt get a parking in the facility area.

Location is perfect! Some of the facilities, such as the gas stove, were broken!

Everything was clean, and the staff was so helpful and kind. I was able to book a slot in the car park when I need. Communication was very prompt. The soap dispenser in our room was either broken or empty. I think there should be at least a shelf to put some products like toothpaste or towels in the bathroom. There were no activities in the hostel, I was expecting some get-togethers, potlucks, or ski day trips. Kitchen fans are not enough or they were not working properly, when a couple of people frying some stuff it becomes very hard to stay in the kitchen.
