Staff was exceptional No drawers for upacking and storing clothes.

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. They welcomed us on arrival and were so friendly .

The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly! The breakfast was a delicious way to start the morning before taking off on our cruise.

Bathtub is very high so difficult to get in or out. Need to request room with shower only.

Inside the ZTL zone, you can walk around all the attraction, a lot of restaurants. Very convenient. But at the day checkin I was shock a little bit, because I didn’t know it is inside the ZTL zone. I was thinking how I can go in without the ticket. End of I found out just drive in and hotel will take care of it. The breakfast can be improved. Bathroom shower tub and door are so narrow , hard to without make a mess.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Elevator is a plus. Decent breakfast I had stayed here many many years ago- in 1986 maybe? It was a new hotel then with what I remember as beautiful rooms and all the modcons (compared to the rest of Italy) Nothing has changed except the room decor. Very dated - The horrible old hose hair dryer. No plug for a hair dryer in the bath. And the bed is like a wooden plank. Pillows not much better. If someone would buy it and fix it up it could really shine again. Breakfast was ok and the staff works hard.

Good location, comfortable room, albeit without heat. Internet was often slow and continually cutting out altogether. One has to add the cost of personal internet service in calculating the actual cost of this hotel. Breakfast pastries were basically cake masquerading as croissants, etc. Scrambled eggs were hard cooked without salt, and there was no salt on the table.

Convenient location. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were old but clean. Bed and Mattresss are comfortable. The breakfast was really simple.

The breakfast options were great. The staff in the breakfast room were very attentive, filled the coffee requests with grace and efficiency. The variety of foods and juices was excellent. There needs to be non skid pads in the bath tubs as it becomes very slick when wet with soap.

The location is fantastic and the reception staff were all wonderful - very helpful and friendly. Literally nothing was too much trouble and the staff provided lots of helpful information. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main shopping area. There was no traffic noise despite the location. The walls seem fairly thin as we could hear conversations from other rooms very clearly. More noise insulation would be useful.

Great location! You can easily walk to main sites and train station. Late dinners in the evening the surrounding streets are well lit and have people walking so you feel very safe. Also proximity to Mercato Coperto is a plus. Staff and breakfast very nice. Bathroom could use an update. Especially did not like hair dryer attached to wall.

Hotel was about 10 minutes from the station - a walk except that the streets are mainly cobbled. Friendly staff. Easy checking in. PLace could do with a bit of updating but was fine for the price. Main advantage is that most of the main sites in Ravenna were within easy reach by walking. Lots of restaurants locally plus numerous bars. It worked for me and is ok for a short stay. My room was next to the elevator but as it turned out it was not a problem as it was pretty quiet.
