It very clear

We stayed there for a month while we were building our house. It looks like a homeless shelter. We had to leave the hotel for a day they had roaches so everything bad disgusting.

Friendly and efficient check in ands a lovely room.

Decent place to stay staff was helpful. Bed and pillows were less than desirable. Rooms do not have any soap shampoo etc. There were a lot of kids running the hallways and parking lot and numerous dogs barking.

The establishment was in clean order, staff were very helpful. If something was needed all I had to do was just ask. Even the GM was pleasant to speak to and also work out issues on site! Nice place to relax and unwind, with laundry on site works well l.

Every thing was absolutely perfect—except the lobby coffee make was broke!!!

For the amount ofoney I payed we were very dissatisfied. I picked this place because it was fairly new and close to were I needed to be.First ti.e booking like this and very unhappy.Stay was awful For a suite was very small amd unequiped.

Housekeeping was only e dry two weeks. If you wanted clean sheets, towels, wash cloths you had to bring soiled items to front desk and exchange for clean, bring them to your room and install them yourself. The bed was a second hand bed and completely uncomfortable. When I cancelled 5 nights of my 8 night reservation, they wouldn’t refund any money. I have since filed a complaint with my credit card company.

there was no pool and room was sort of unclean no amenities at all not even a hanger to hang my wrinkled clothes from my flight staff was ok but sort of unprofessional acting and coffee pot was broken entire weekend

We planned our stay back to the general area that we used to live to visit with family. We remembered this hotel and the location as being what appeared to be a nice, well kept hotel. Unfortunately, it's not anywhere close to what we expected. The room clearly hasn't been cleaned after a long term renter or used in a long time. Either way the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. We realized before we checked out early than planned that there appeared to be dried urine (hopefully animal and not human?)just under the end of the bed. The sheets and bed covers were very worn, thin, stained and smelled of a mixture of wet dog and human body odor. The pillows were very worn, sweat stained and smelled of human body odor. This is a pet-friendly hotel but we didn't reserve a pet-friendly room so, wasn't expecting any of what we found. In addition, my husband saw a dead roach right outside the bathroom! The clientele this hotel serves is traveling blue collar working men and women which the ones we encountered were very polite and courteous people. Some of the other guests were walking around the main front desk areas and public use designed areas in skimpy gowns, bonnets and house shoes. None of the staff seemed to think it was out of the ordinary and didn't say anything to anyone. We left the hotel after complaining to the manager, desk staff, housekeeper and hotels.com. We'll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The facility itself was good and I had no complaints about it. However, the overall experience was significantly affected by the environment in the hotel. The entire hotel had a noticeable smell of weed, which was unpleasant throughout my stay. In addition, the couple staying in the next room was very disruptive and frequently troubled each other, creating loud disturbances late at night. On one occasion, they were hitting the walls, which made a loud noise and further disturbed the peace. As a result, I had sleepless nights for 5 out of the 9 days I stayed there, which made the stay very uncomfortable and frustrating.

Management. Staff EXTREMELY rude and apparently discriminates against certain people? Upon check in, was never told where anything was located ( laundry, vending, what to do about fresh/dirty linen. Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Tissue box, cardboard food container, (empty/cleaned). When i returned, there was a note that they pride themselves on cleanliness. If i didn't clean my suite of excessive trash id be charged $150. When i went to the front desk to talk about it, what Management did wasn't professional. Says very rudely " what. You cant come down and ask? Trash goes outside. Rolls his eyes spoke to me as if i wasn't capable of understanding anything. I didnt say anything however about the cockroaches in my room. Crawling everywhere. I have pictures

There is no pool. Not needed but horrible folks staying there. Others won’t let me off elevator before they pressed their way in. No ice machine. No ice cube tray in room. No hand towels ( staff told me I had to use my washcloth or my bath towel to dry my hands). I bought paper towels to dry my hands! Roach in my room on 3rd day.. I had no food in my room to attract them. My hallway was filled with smoke on last 2 days. Someone was burning food or something like & after no staff on duty. Was afraid to go to sleep! Staff at desk left early than posted. My last time I will ever stay here!!

Clean room

The room was so bad , I literally had to go get sheets and Lysol wipes in order to sleep. There’s no one at the counter to help you on a weekend even after 9am , you gotta use a phone on the wall to call for help. The entire premise smells like smoke residue . 0/10 experience and oh check in is equally as crazy

Extended my stay told them not to bother my husband. But they were freaking out about us not checking out even though I renewed and paid two days before. Staff doesn’t communicate.
