Breakfast - it’s not like breakfast, just bread, cheese, butter and yogurt and jam/honey/nutella.

Everything was beyond amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and has great communication. We could leave our luggage even before our check-in time and after our check-out too which was very convenient. The room was comfortable, they cleaned it everyday. The breakfast was enough and tasty. Location is just perfect - right across Termini station where bus/metro/train was accessible and easy to navigate. Overall, I totally recommend the place for the price that it has. Everything was great.

The room was cold and there was extra charge 5€ per day for AC! The communication was ok although we don’t meet anyone in person

We had to make a last minute reservation for the next day during the morning. I tried to contact the property throughout the day and they didn’t answer me. Considering there’s no reception, this made me nervous, since I needed to know how I would get in and every other hotel or B&B in tally was very fast to provide details after booking. After sending a WhatsApp at night asking for an answer they just said “ok” and then answered on booking. I thought this was very suspicious and tried to cancel the reservation with no success. They were very unfriendly during contact. I didn’t get to stay at the property, I preferred to book somewhere else, but the customer service was horrible.

The place was in a very good location, close to the railway station. The person who received us was very friendly and always attentive to everything. Breakfast good. We didn´t like the bed. You can tell the mattress is very old. The breakfast could work better with fruits. Not good for vegan people. (Only cheese, butter and pastry). On the other hand coffee and tea for free at any time.

Excellent location near main train station (Rome Termini), safe area, nice staff, acceptable self serving breakfast (cheese, cereals, no croissant or egg). Quiet. Very good room size. It was extremely difficult to find its address as there is no signs at all except on the bell of the building. It is classic Bed & Breakfast, doing the job. Booking.com hide city taxes while I made the booking (6Euros per guest per night, total of 24euros for me and my wife). This amount was collected as cash while we checked in. This totally non professional and unacceptable from Booking.com site

Location was good, since it was 10-20 mins from the main attractions. The b&b was clean and everything worked out fine in terms of check-in and check-out. Check-in is a bit flexible which I find a must when you travel from one city to another by bus/train. Breakfast is a bit simple but good with 4 toasts per person to fill with butter or cheese, one/two yogurts and has cereal, cookies and coffee. I just wish you had healthier options for breakfast. However, you can always buy some things yourself and leave in the fridge. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Overall i think this is a very good b&b for you to comfortably visit Rome. My only problem with it had to deal with the host that comes across a bit "invasive" by asking for flight/bus/train tickets right after you book this b&b which I don't think is necessary in order for you to tell them the time of arrival. Plus, I don't think that anyone that is on vacation feels like setting an exact time for check-in when there is a time gap to do that (let alone 1 month or so before your trip), specially if asked in a manner that is demanding and simply not polite. The b&b should also have previously warned us that it was forbidden to cook in the kitchen and when proceeding to tell us that, said host just blew up my phone in the middle of the day with false accusations about a pot that other guests burnt.

It was very secure, very clean and the staff member who assisted me was very gracious and thorough. The location was convenient for Termini but not very appealing.

Good location, great host , easy checking in

Not far from Colosseum. Hard to park, Once you find a space cost was cheap if you put 8 hours a day on cost about E8 per day

this is an apartment with four rooms, not a hotel with a reception. Appointments and welcome are done via WhatsApp, whic
