The pool because it was so hot The breakfast was so poor, very dissatisfied, the service finished at 10 but if you weren’t there by 9 am they didn’t top anything up. The bar staff were knowledgeable. Rooms were small and the shower was tiny

Amenities and staff were great. Pool was lovely. A little further out but within walking distance although in the heat can be tough.

    Location Nothing

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Location was the main aim, which was perfect. The room was small but comfortable, normal for Europe, if notable given the cost. Although I did not use the pool, having access to a pool was a wonderful option. Breakfast was FABULOUS. The staff was very helpful in splitting the bed into twins and shepherding my addition of one night alone in the same room onto a shared reservation.

Bed and pillow comfortable Did not have a lobby or rooftop bar. Only a very small bar at the pool. Both the bar and pool could only be accessed by going out front door and walking around the building. Probably 200 meters.

Loud noise throughout the night. Almost sounded like they were rearranging the entire floor furnishings. Was difficult to sleep.

    Perfecto!!

Outdoor areas. I.e. pool, gardens, rooftop Further away from tourist sites and limited public transportation options.

    Location Breakfast

  • Engine customer May 2026

A great location. The building is a good blend of something old and something new. The pool was amazing. It needs better soundproofing between the rooms. If there is someone above you whenever they move a chair or luggage or something gets dragged across the floor it is extremely loud in the room below. So once people above, you are leaving at six in the morning or coming and drunk from partying, you hear all about it. It’s like an echo chamber.

Staff is very friendly, the hotel is nicely appointed and you can’t beat the location. Close to every thing but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Really nice hotel, accessible and great location. Good breakfast and a very nice bathroom. Staff was amazing and the rooms are always clean. Little overpriced but that's more due to the location I think

The breakfast is really great. We also enjoy the hotel, its cleanliness, the toiletries and the friendly staff. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. There's a bus station in front of the hotel and the location is very good. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

breakfast, nice staff elevator a bit cranky but managed to use it. Better than stairs!

We had a lovely breakfast each morning and staff were very friendly There’s hardly any soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear your neighbours clearly

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Well located for our needs. There is a pool but it was closed since it was February. Rooms a bit small.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

Breakfast was ok, a lot of choices – sweet & salty too – but I would have expected more quality products. The room was a bit small, but still okay and comfy. When I entered the windows were open and it was a bit chilly, but since it as late and the heating system was pretty loud I prefered to keep it off. The pool looks cool, but it was cald and rainy.

Everything about my stay was exceptional - from my encounters with the employees, to my bed (very comfortable!), to the food - I ate at their restaurant and I highly recommend it - excellent food and service. The included breakfast was amazing and delicious! It was a wonderful experience
