Absolutely nothing! This property felt very very unsafe. Since it was me and another girl I had to check out immediately. We were not comfortable or happy. There was no hot water either and the shower drain was not working

A special highlight was the amazing service provided by Shantos. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His friendly attitude, responsiveness, and genuine care truly made a difference and elevated the entire experience. The building itself looked a bit old from the outside, but the inside was well-kept, clean, and comfortable, which made a big difference.

I had a very good stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were great. The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. He explained everything clearly and helped me with all my questions. Even though luggage storage after check-out was not available, he let me leave my bag and pick it up later, which helped me a lot. Coffee was available all the time, and breakfast was brought in the evening, so you could eat whenever you wanted. The location is excellent — only a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini, which makes it very convenient. Overall, a great place to stay. I would happily come back again.

Heating worked for 1 hour and stopped, it was very chilly the entire night

Perfect location, clean, comfy, and attractive rooms, reasonable price, breakfast included... This place is a real find.

The location is so close to the termini station and bus pick ups, the breakfast food that gets delivered the night before is savoury snacks but they are good as was the fruit and juice, wifi works well. If you wanted to make a hot drink had to go to a communal area and they have sensor lights in the entrance to the door beside the bathroom so if you use toilet overnight make sure don’t have any light sleepers staying as they may get woken up by the light clicking on and the light in the bathroom also on a sensor so make sure to move around or be prepared for your bathroom to go dark as you navigate the Luke warm shower

Location is good, everything is near Hot water is tricky. You need to wait, and it doesn’t always work out. Clear written instruction would help.

There isn’t a place to have breakfast. The staff take you to your room the night before the breakfast. It was always the same option. No variety :(

It was very clean and had exactly what was listed (types of beds, breakfast). There was AC in each room. The location was right in the middle of old Rome and very close to the trains and buses making it quite convenient. The staff were great as well. The bathroom light was motion activated so it would turn off while you were in there sometimes. The front door was also hard to find, some instructions on bookings.com would be helpful

Breakfast was awfull. Each evening after 21:00 they bring a box for the following morning breakfast. In the box, a small bottle of juice, 1 banana, 1 apple and 1 croissant(for each person)

Sohag was very attentive to our needs. The breakfast was left in the room so we could eat it whenever it was best.

Good value with clean rooms, nice breakfast, helpful staff

They were really nice. The breakfast quite good, free water, free towels.

Close to Roma Termini, Friendly staff. No hot water in the shower. 1st night other guest was very loud. And during midnight one guest alerted us about a companion because high on drugs.

Location is great, room was quiet and calm, basic amenities were provided, cleanliness was good (although I rather did not study it too closely) and the host was very kind. The biggest downside was absence of warm water in the showers and veeeery white light in the rooms - we kept it off throughout the evenings, otherwise we almost certainly wouldn't fall asleep till early morning:) There are probably better options out there, but if you're booking last minute, it will do just fine.
