Clean, comfortable beds. Short walk from train station. Friendly host. Good AC.

Confusing when you arrive, we did not know how to get into the building. Very small room.

Like a scam , I just stayed 10 minutes and decided to immediately leave because no one was there and they put a room in another place which is not clean and has a bad smell and very dirty . Despite the fact that I booked for 3 nights and texted them to refund me 2 nights but they didn't do it . So I advise no one to stay in this place. Don't waste your money on this place.

Location No working wifi in the room and uncomfortable beds

Very supportive and clean

The AC worked. The fridge was in the room and the bed was the most comfortable we had on our trip. The blackout curtains shielded the shining light of Jesus. The elevator worked most of the time. It was a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station and had access to multiple restaurants and supermarkets. The shower drain was slow and overflowed, so you had to turn the water on and off intermittently for use. The internet was spotty and the TV didnt have access to local programming.

The location was a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station, which was really convenient for travelers looking to explore Rome via rail or by foot. There are a number of decent restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as supermarkets. It is generally a clean hotel. It is a 2-star hotel, which was weirdly listed as 3 star in Booking.com when booking the reservation. Check other sources before booking. The air conditioning worked haphazardly and the staff was in attendance intermittently (although they did make an effort to fix the issues with the AC). The internet is slow and spotty, so don't rely on that for communication purposes.

Location near Roma Termini is its biggest value
-
It is not value for money, as for the same price you could find another hotel that is far better in the same area, which might be just 100 meters further.
-
Location is great Every flat is another hotel I guess with some up to 10 rooms Main entrance has a pass code , every flat has a pass code but no other security You may feel not comfortable

The location of the hotel was fine, and it was clean. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the listing that it’s on the fifth floor and the elevator was out of service for one day. Also, it’s not really a hotel – it’s actually an apartment where they converted the rooms to function like a hotel. The rooms were very small, there weren’t any special facilities, and it was a bit old.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The best place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend

Clean room nice location. I made payment for room through booking.com w/30$ city tax included. I had to pay 30$ city tax again at hotel. Went out all day hot weather and came in late evening hot and sweaty ready to shower and had no running water to clean up on our last night checking out. Disputed extra $30 city tax with both booking.com and hotel, what the hotel is telling B.com is different what is being told to me. I have Emails to prove this.

Well located and convenient All good

nothing to complain

The location was great as it was close to Roma Termini. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. It would have been better if they provided some slippers, a kettle and a couple of coffee cups but all in all, it was a good short stay at the hotel. You get what you pay for.

What I didn't like was that the lady at the front desk argued in the mornings and spoke so loudly that she woke me up twice. I also didn't like that they charged me city tax twice, once when I made the reservation and again the day after I arrived.

Very clean, good location. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and nice.
-
Late check-in guidance was clear and simple. It was very nice that our luggage could be stored for the last day after the checkout.

Worth it. Nice people. Excellent location.
