Within five minute walk of the train station. The street the hotel is on has some homeless people sleeping on the street at night so it’s a little sketchy. Also, breakfast was not the highest quality.

Every time I go to Italy, especially Rome, I feel at home. This country with rich history and culture, amazing people and unparalleled hospitality, makes my heart and soul so calm, relaxed and happy. Thank you so much for all your kindness, support, love, peace, respect and hospitality. Everything was amazing and I had a wonderful time here and I will never forget it.

Location, breakfast, it is clean and the staff is very kind.

Location within Rome No flexibility from hotel management Breakfast quality was definitely so-so (same food everyday and not really good) No flexibility about breakfast timing (closed at 10am, not 1001am but really at 1000am: buffet cleared and coffee machines off at 1000am precisely) No access to a kettle and a few packets of coffee because in a standard room (effort could have been made especially when u pay 1500€ for 8 nights) ........

Clean rooms excellent beeakfast and coffee. Friendly staff

Property was not as described and did not look as it did in pictures. Also shower was leaking overall not worth the payment.

Small room.

Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff.

This hotel shows nice rooms in their website. When you see it in person you can actually see its old, to many stairs if you have luggage. The rooms are small and not enough room to move around when you have big luggage with you. View out of the window, and space around the room.

The staff, specifically Octavian was very polite and friendly. Bed bugs. The bed had bed bugs. The several days that we were there, housekeeping changed the sheets but did nothing about the bed bugs.
-
Nice room, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby and breakfast room. Along with a Big breakfast with great staff!

Breakfast was great, personal very nice and attentive. Love the stay. Allways can be better, but for me was perfect.
-
Dirty bathroom with a smell like a public WC even after cleaning.
-
Clean, close to the train station and amenities
-
Absolutely everything! N/A

I didn’t like the property, bad colors, looked very old and poorly maintained, for example the room window had a view a lot of green mold and it looked like it was not cleaned for years. Basically I don’t think it qualifies as a Hotel, facilities are more like a cheap motel.

Glass was broken in the room and they didnt change.

The location from Roma Termini. Free breakfast is excellent. I was in room 206 and one other room nearby was smoking and it smells on the whole corridor and inside my room.

Excellent location: walking distance to Piazza della Repubblica and the beginning of Via Nazionale with many shops. Very close to Roma Termini station (about a 5-minute walk), where you can easily catch buses and trains to the airport or other cities in Italy, as well as the subway. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, definitely worth the price: hot omelet and bacon every day, fresh vegetables, cheese, ham, fruit salad, yogurt, cakes, croissants, cookies, and great coffee. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels. Working elevator. Hot water in the shower at any time. Wi-Fi worked well, with no speed or connection issues. We stayed in January, and even when it was around +5°C outside, the room was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, no hotel experiences or activities were available during the week of our stay. Some room facilities are old and not renovated: the sink had visible cracks (they didn’t affect usage), worn shower fittings, some tiles looked old or dirty, and the TV was quite small. Uncomfortable pillows — they were hard and flat, making it difficult to sleep well. Poor lighting in the room: only a few lamps, very dim overall. During the day, the room was also quite dark because the window was small and faced an inner courtyard.

The hotel is close to the Rome, main train station and this is what I wanted, also it is in a close proximity to all other tourists attractions, I walked everywhere. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good, the reception was very professional and helpful, I told them that I was leaving for airport, for my early morning flight, before they open for breakfast, that I have already prepaid, they ask me if I want a small bag with sandwich and some fruits, I was pleasantly surprised that they were concerned about it, I liked that. One thing I did not like, it was a little bit too noisy, particularly at late night, I think because people were moving in and leaving,
