LA MURAGLIA DI SAN PIETRO

The location is extremely convenient. Nearby from the Saint Peter basilica and a metro station and many shops to eat or buy. Clean room, and bathroom. Was definitely an issue with the water, it was hard to regulate it so I basically showered with very cold water. Very unpleasant. And there was an odour coming from the sewer in the bathroom. Also the windows are not entirely sound proof after you close them.

No staff. It was all through WhatsApp. It was easy however I stood there for one night only.

Communication was easy during the pre-stay process. We got to the building to drop off our luggage 3 hours before the scheduled check in time we had agreed upon. They let us use the room anyway! The room is spacious and clean, unbelievably central. Except for getting to and from the station we never had to use any public transportation but stroll around.

Extraordinary location a few minutes walk from the Vatican City entrance in a lively neighborhood. Very clean rooms and elevator to bring our luggage up. The rooms are right above a bar which is very noise all night. If you are a light sleeper avoid at all cost.

The location was excellent. In details of the room on the site of Booking it was mentioned the presence of refrigerator, in fact it wasn’t there until a long messaging with administration finally it was put in the room the second day of my stay. The administration reasoned the absence of the refrigerator because (I quote) “I didn’t let them know the absolute necessity of having a fridge” (as mentioned above it was mentioned in room details on the Booking site that there was a refrigerator in the room). During the booking it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that I had to send my ID to a certain mail to receive all the codes for self check-in until a day before my arrival I had to ask how I should enter the property. Only then I was told that I have to send my ID to a mail mentioned in the same answer in order to receive codes for check-in. It wasn’t mentioned an instruction anywhere in the room how to connect to wifi, until I asked them how to do it. While taking a shower the water becomes totally cold every 3-4 minutes and you have to wait at least a minute for the hot water come back. On the evening of my second day there was no electricity for a couple of hours. In addition to all those inconveniences upon my departure time the elevator didn’t work so I had to take down my luggage using steps (luckily the room was on the first floor).

Amazing location, right off Piazza Risorgamento ( near St. Peters), in the upscale Prati neighborhood. Close to shops, subway and a lot of restaurants.

The location is great! This part of the city is well connected. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean! We had a problem with WiFi connection. Couldn't connect and the bandwidth was poor.

Room was spacious, good location with a view of the Vatican. There was a slight smell in room that never left.

Was decent for a short stay As the check out is quite early (9:30), I had requested to leave my luggage. I am very disappointed to find out that in the time I had left my luggage, my valuable items had been stolen (jewelry & sunglasses). I would be very careful to stay in such a place.

Location was excellent. Near Vatican city and close to all city activities by walk (about 30 mins) The bed was really soft but this is just a personal opinion.
